Confirming Treasure Box Equipment Drops

Since I've started a project to start making the "sources" section of equipment pages more consistent, there is one issue having to do with that that needs some data gathering: Equipment drops from treasure boxes!
Definitely we do not want information from during the Preview.
If folks just want to post in the thread equipment drops that they have seen (either provide a date that you saw it dropped or be really really sure that it happened since public opening of the game). I'll see if I can make a page listing all equipment so you could just directly edit the data there.
Also useful could be the depth/tier you were on. If the equipment drop was from the treasure room at the end of a danger room, please note that as well because I'd like to see if those differ from the normal rooms.

In order of when they were
In order of when they were found (all after the preview event, obviously):
T2: Cautery Sword (found in Lichenous Lair: Prognosis Symbiosis, cannot recall when)
Jelly Mail (cannot recall when or where exactly)
Jelly Mail (found in a Concrete Jungle level, cannot recall when)
All of these were found in Treasure Boxes and not in Danger Rooms.

I got a Hunting Blade from
I got a Hunting Blade from the treasure boxes after the Jelly King fight.
I also got an emberbreak helm once from one of the Jigsaw Valleys (the one that has that gauntlet of gun pups with spikes all between them, then some wolvers pop up when you go around to the treasure boxes). I saw a friend of mine get a gun in this same space once, but I can't recall what gun it was I think it was of the alchemer family.
I've also seen a friend of mine get a wolver cap from a shock themed wolver den (in the all shock all the time gate we had recently), I believe it was on T2, but can't be certain of which strata.

I've found two items (A Prismatech Alchemer and a Jelly Helm) in just... regular normal levels in the early stratums. Actually, wait... one of those was in a treasure box from a DANGER ROOM while the other was in a box from a Treasure Vault.
But I have seen other low-tier equipment drop during just regular levels. It's always been really basic stuff, but the nice thing about a free item is if you don't need to use it yourself you can just auction it off, so it's like finding a few thousand crowns in a single treasure box. :)

I don't remember too clearly but I found an Autogun in a Deconstruction Zone. Not sure if it was a monster drop or a box drop, but there was chaos, Gremlins, and this weird drop I later realized was a gun. I think it was in T1

I found a big beast basher in a snarbolax run. It was in a box right after defeating him. I also found a stone tortoise shield in depth 16 of a jelly run. It was in a box next to the bottom left key room (I hope that's enough explanation).

A party member got a "Brute
A party member got a "Brute Jelly Shield" 3* from a "Slimey Showdown" arena on Ruby Knight gate. It was at depth 12, stratum 3, found in a green box amongst the rewards for completing the 3rd challenge room.

For those of you wondering, when the item dropped it used the same icon as what is shown in that picture.
Has any one else noticed that dropped item star levels are directly related to the stratum you are on. For example 3* items can only be found on stratums 3-6. Respectively, 5* items would only drop on tier 3, stratum 5-6, if this was the case. I wonder if this is the same for love puppies and there trinkets...
P.S. I posted this on http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/5569?page=1 to as this topic is for recording all drops and that one is for finding a correlation between location and dropped item. Sorry, if I shouldn’t have done that, but it seemed relevant for both.

Pummel Gun (Ughh)
Hey! I got a pummel gun while going solo in a Roarmorus Twin run.
It was in the middle green treasure box of the 6 there, where i encountered after the rocket and switch part with bots respawning and gremelins after u completed that small "puzzle" towards the lasers to the lift (near the end in Warfare Workshop).
1 star =.= not much for a tier 2 adventure

Also of interest would be the strata type or specific level name where the treasure box was found. There was some speculation about equipment drop and location type, but there is probably nothing to it. Here was my contribution on 4/27/11 both from T2:

Last night someone got a Brute Jelly Mail during a Jelly King run. It was in the treasure room in Red Carpet Runaround where you need the fourth key to open the gate on the left.
I got a Spiral Demo Helm in a T2 Scarlet Fortress. Our party had three bombers in full bomber gear with 1-3 bombs each.
