Tier 4:

Players above this benchmark perform above average in majority of all listed attributes.
Mhmok [#106 current] benchmark
Players above this benchmark are able to win 1v2 scenarios versus any Tier 4 players below the Serazia benchmark.
Tier 5:
Player select attributes are advanced. Player performs above average in majority of all listed attributes while some are well rounded.

Players above this benchmark perform above average in all listed attributes. Able to 1v2 players between the Mhmok and Polyphobia benchmarks.

Protect Thrill at all costs
Besides the witness factor, data is relative to better players that’s why it’s scaling up to being able to play vs higher tiers, however there is still outplay potential among lower ranks, it’s just more consistency vs the majority than 1v1 scenarios

Came back to check the game after taking months off (excuse me if my opinion offends you or anyone).
Most of the players on the list you put on here are oddly put in the wrong category. I don't think people should take this too seriously as a guide, but I love how descriptive you were with how you structured player(s) based on skill.
I don't know if there is any favoritism at all, but I would CAREFULLY try to do some hard intensive research on the players you listed.
- Videos: Spectating videos, training videos, or in third person type of videos where you've played with all 250 players. It shows and represents who should be where.
- Screenshots: Post the most latest, newest, or oldest screenshots you can find of these players. Caps and defends matter the most, while having the minimum of 20k is required to determine their skill and where they stand.
- Loadouts: What made their loadouts or playstyle unique?
- Weapons: What weapons did they use mostly and what were the benefits of using them/it?
* This is all just opinion, but I would do MORE research on these players before you put them on tiered ranking list. *

Right? You do seem to be someone who is dedicated to do something amazing like that for the LD community, which isn't a problem or anything. FDAs much as the rankings are based on the players professionalism and skill in the PvP aspect of the game, it's crucial as well that if you're going to be making a guide, essay, or any type of data on any of the players you mentioned.
For example, you put Dknightt, in the same category as Bacon-Strip? Bacon-Strip 2012 vs. Dknightt 2012, we both know the outcome of that. I, myself can't provide screenshots, but I can tell you if you go and search up Bacon-Strip 1v1's vs. Dknightt's single-switching mechanic (on Spiral-Hipster's channel) you can see who had more progress/advantage. There is no such thing as a limitless consistency, anything can happen when playing with other players.

1 - There's like 20 pointers on that page compared to the 250 here.
2 - The guide is given -- I provided the benchmarks and listed technical aspects. Also mentioned it scales in itself against better players, meaning the higher the skill level the more competitive you would be to handle higher tiers. Also meaning anyone can reach those levels as long as there's given competition. Being experienced in the game at a highly intensive competitive level, it's easier for me to determine player advantages by cognitive memory as well as perceive multiple player orientations.
3 - Whether or not players reached their full potential isn't something I considered to keep an objective focus.
An example combat scenario between Dknightt and Bacon would've been:
Dknightt 2013 was his prime utilizing dual flourishes, had the best knockback spacing in the game at the highest speeds. Definitely faster than Bacon in shield cancel and stunlock, but Bacon had better defense while still having comparable speed. Bacon would've also used hammer to add to his kiting. Seeing as they both enjoyed aggressive dueling in combat, with Dknightt being stricter than Bacon in aggression, Bacon would've preferably kited him out using hammer and wittled him down since Dknightt's only fighting option was charging in for chain swings.
My standing in this was due to my experience and other highly skilled players' solution to his speed issue: you can outrange Dknightt with your initial swing since he wasn't a max range user. At the highest speeds, range difference is what gives players the edge.
Keep in mind 1v1 combat scenarios isn't the only consideration for player placements before I get asked wouldn't other players be able to do the same why's he so high ex dee. One of the biggest reasons he's there is honestly the speed difference between him and others. In a speed rank list, it'd be Arrovvx > Exileddread > Skybrandon > Dknightt > Exceled > Rawrwarwarwa > Azoldria > Freezingflame > Bienya > Bacon-Strip.

Appreciate the supposed effort that is putting together a list like this, but what an absolute joke of a ranking. Please at least state that it is completely your opinion, and is by no means accurate. Based on the author's extremely inflated self ranking, and clear obsession throughout the years with appointing himself to determine the ranking of others, it's just another ego filled meme thread. In a casual game like SK, that lacks any ranking or elo system, attempting to claim that you can rank players is obviously a tease. The list contains players from many different time periods of SK, that have never even had the chance to play with each other. Besides a very few picks from the top, the list literally has zero base to it's rankings and may as well have been decided with a random number generator.
Thread isn't worth paying attention to. However, I guess I should get my comment in before his next 2021 quarterly tier list, where he ranks the imaginary scene that is competitive SK in 2021.

The basis is actually posted. How far you understand the game utilizing the basis shown, competitive players should surely have someone the ability to range someone’s level of play. This may be your opinion, but this is obviously picked based on favorism or association. To correct your "competitive" side of things, you were never in any of the competitive 1v1's Feller, Contri, or anyone who hosted in 2012-2014. You put Darkcub in a lower position than you and yet you lost to him big times, alongside with Minimetaknight. You also forgot to mention that most players on that list quit before they can see other's potential. Skill is not based off your standards. It just isn't. You made a whole LD spreadsheet and video on how to do good yet I don't see anyone mentioning you for anything advanced or high standard. You also have one of the top 10 LD players in your thread telling you to follow up with some data.

Lmaoo I did lose that 1v1 vs cub tbh, mini's I didn't really care, but at that point there wasn't much I could've done about it. Game got too laggy for me when Sprites pets got released. I even lost vs Zainj :(. Also I think I joined a Feller 1v1 in 2013 and got kicked out for mistakenly mapping my AT toggle XD. I sucked at having patience vs defensive hybrids (still do) or being good at hybrid 1v1s when I joined it so I was waiting to get clapped by Dravor anyway.
And yeah I usually didn't get my name posted like that in forums. I was more known inside the game itself for only using BTB.
Also, Thrill's ass got wiped every damn time he saw me in a lobby, and so did his other guildies, so fuck him (excluding Dravor and Glacius Tmdals). Not tryhard Thrill though, I never had the chance cuz he only did that for Jemp GvGs.
And this list isn't about my standards -- It's dependent on game mechanics. I mentioned that the list is not fully strict, aka there's people that were better in 1v1 than a few of the players above them. There's definitely room for outplay. This was made to best fit the general idea of who had most pressure vs others in a game while also incorporating individual talent (listed attributes).
P.S. Detailed additional comments can be provided if viewers ask for specific input such as Kattamoon vs Snarkey / Dknightt vs Bacon-Strip. Kattamoon vs Snarkey
Snarkey was a great hybrid. Had a good clean rush, sick precision on all of his weapons. Weapon switched beautifully and honestly top of hybrid ladder. Kattamoon is over him because Snarkey lacked the speed to compete vs her. Kattamoon at one point (early 2012) was the strongest player in Aequitas (hardcore LD guild). Only players in Aeqs I'd see above her in level of threat are Tmdals and Dravor. Better players were able to react to Snarkey and even stunlock him. Unless Snarkey was being a sneaky fuck, he used an ASI Low toothpick with ASI med guns. Kattamoon was one of the faster rush users with higher ASI, and although she was incredibly laggier than Snarkey (Snarkey had amazing ping), her rush was considerably harder to react to and stunlocked faster than Snarkey, while also killing you faster (Katta was super aggro with her GF).
Snarkey's prime was a weaker Bacon-Strip basically. The speed gap is what made the difference between them, which is the also the reason used for why Kattamoon is higher placed.

I wanted to post cuz I had the list forever tbh
Honestly, I placed myself without ghost range nor vh usage so Im actually ranking myself lower. I’ve overdone Bacon/freezingflame/tmdals using vog set for ASI or using the original ghost range to the point where they never contested me. I’ve beaten Canozo in full swords 1v1 a bunch of times. I’ve beaten Skybrandon a lot more times than he’s beaten me in both T2 and T3. Ezho couldn’t fight me outside of a bomb. I only lose to Rawr and Bienya in T2. Dravor’s the only impossible matchup for me in the list cuz his stunlock spacing and timing was honestly the most precise thing in the game. And Redblades was just too patient for me to care about that shit and deal with it so f that honestly.
Players above me in Tier 9 were better than me at base speed and fair range so I made it the way it is. Tier 10s were just game breakers and super consistent.
I know past 2013 it’s impossible to believe cuz of the difference in net that I had makes it seem like I’ve no clue how to properly play. It’s been disheartening since it started, and since gotten worse. But even on shit ping and fps I was able to fair outside of 1v1s to the point where people don’t really tell how large the delay actually is. My current USA ping (meaning it was even worse before my new pc) is exactly what my EU net was before the Sprite update. I’ve been playing on an opposite server — I’m never able to use my actual speed cuz of iframes and always have to deal with people far out-registering my swing timings, on top of having to deal with delayed registers messing up proper frame timings and having swings never register at all while getting hit by random hitboxes in my own server (all this includes bullets as well). All players know that’s no good for competitive play.

There were a couple recon mains and secondary role recons here tho:
Ezho - volatile gunner. Used to switch his vh status alchemers so it gave him lot of map presence
Seiran - best gunner recon. Only gunner able to consistently carry even in stacked matches and out pressure high tier strikers
Tubist - best hybrid recon. Fluent frame by frames registers and controlled his long/mid/close combat pressure accurately
Swordofomen - recon Jesus. Had constant long range pressure with arcana and close range pressure with Acheron
Mhmok - European seiran
Guanchi - best aggressive bomber. Used to farm lobbies with explosives
Ramenfrog - Best sword recon. Constantly outsmarting, amazing angles, and super quick stunlocks. Used to carry with just btb
Xairathan - Jempire’s Star recon. Used to constantly hard carry lobbies spamming GF combos
Dr-Bugos - rapid switching storm drivers.
These players weren’t necessarily witty like Rhons but they constantly had high game pressure and were good counter carries in stacked lobbies.
