How not to recruit :P

"So, I don't see why girls have such a bad rep on games.."
It's not the genuine females that have a bad reputation(usually), it's the guys pretending to be girls to reap the benefits off kids who think they have struck gold when they meet a "girl" online. Even if someone doesn't believe you when you say you're a girl, you just need to go on Google and/or Facebook and get a picture of a girl. The next thing they would ask is to hear your voice which is extremely faulty in my opinion but you can still use an artificial voice editor to make your voice sound feminine. The last thing they might ask is to have a video chat in which I would never do online due to having a lot of suspicious characters online so I'll just say that I have no webcam.
Well, I know what kind of guild I won't be joining - assuming I had any intentions of leaving my current guild!
Reply to step 1!
Well, gee. Aren't we the ones asking?
Reply to step 2!
Even then, that kind of application procedure is easily breached - a quick Google-search provides any pervert access to the guild if that is all it takes.
Reply to step 3!
"Pass it on"? Should I question whether or not the authority even cares about a new member? Is it so unserious that it doesn't matter, or is it so big that they don't want to bother?
As for the earlier off-topic discussion, I've had bad experiences with girls myself, but I try to not stay biased. The biggest reason I have for not picking on gamer girls is that I've met some great girls out there that just want to play the game and have fun - not flirt into online relationships and free stuff. Behaviour can be questioned, but then again, I am known as the No Fun-Guy for a reason.
If I meet a girl I don't like- No, if I meet anyone I don't like, be it boy or girl, I won't interact with them. Saves me some trouble. I may try to get on better terms, but if I think that it won't happen, it more likely than not won't. I am psychic.
Back on-topic, I'm hoping you're enjoying your new guild! Another happy player in the game = One less rant in the forums.
Don't we just love society?

Ok I have read ALL of this talk about talking about drama. And Guilds.
My first words are the Finer SeX of us can play any game just as well as us men. Transcendental abilit has everything to do with the mind. Physique is just a bonus.
Here is my momemnt from today a bit opposite of the meld werds and verbs of the post.
Someone asked me today.
I will paraphrase
"Yo Rwar"
"Aloha"
"Can I join your guild?"
(for the record its not "my" guild. I am not even an officer so ok)
Me "Sure thing XX%X¼X name
Just go to our website and apply ...
Him "Forget it"
which is fair, forms are lame. Filling stuff out is not chill. I undstand.
As he typed that and walked away, I smiled. He shot right back, got aggro. Called me 12 (I wish), ranted at me with the "stfu" rage, ectra. all at once. I was kinda stunned. Was just trying to type the guild site in. Kinda sad.
Sad thing is poisonous / angry people only have themselves to savor the stress at home in the end of the evening.
I wish more people could relax. I like the 4 character runs in this game. Its chill. Guilds are good as long as good people help with the deeper dungeon. Good people equal good times. Its the best part of MMO
Tangent with a Bull Whip.

As someone deeply touched by this subject: what is the policy of female-only guilds on the transgendered?
My understanding of that particular guild in Spiral Knights is that looks are deceiving
Not I. I know someone in the guild and am well informed.
