Each time you upgrade that Calibur, you'll have the option to either keep the current UV, or try rolling for a new one. But if you choose not to keep the current UV, you may wind up with a completely different UV, or most likely no UV at all. Players who are trying for good UV gear will generally make a large quantity of the lowest level item (the 2* Calibur, in this case) until they get a UV they like, and then upgrade the "keeper". There is no mechanism in the game at present for upgrading the UV on an item.
As for Heat, it's evenly distributed among all equipped items that are less than level 10. Needless to say, if you're trying to level 5 items at once, it will take 5 times as long if you're only leveling one.
Thanks for this, I was wondering why no one made one yet.
I know its listed in other guides, but bits and pieces of them. If someone can expand on this one, it would be great.
Just a quick question. I crafted a Unique Variant Calibur that does Low damage to constructs. How does it become
medium damage or more to constructs? Does it change to medium when I craft a tempered calibur?
Regarding Heat... do you get to choose which weapons gain heat? Is there a specific order things gain heat or is it distributed evenly to
all gears that isn't level 10?
