Hi, im 1 of victim from this error, but the spiral knight team seems struggling with this error too

(if u know some1 got this error, plz may u tell them to come in too, cheers)

First, go to where u installed spiral knight
(if u r using steam, it will be *directory u installed steam*/steam/steamapps/common/spiral knights)

and look for "launcher.log", double click it

and copy-paste the bits it seems failing

for me its something like this, the chinese characters r becoz my system local is set to Japan, ignore them plz (for english should be "INFO" "WARNING")

Are you able to access the

Are you able to access the file directly?

Also, try disable your anti-virus and firewall during the update (turn it back on when finished).

Try right-click save-as that

Try right-click save-as that file and see if it lets you. You may have to just manually get that file and try run the launcher again (dirty I know).

Most results I've searched Google for in regards to 'Content-Encoding errors' lead to gzip being improperly configured on the server or server cache needing to be cleared.
