The world doesn't like, nor will it revolve around cry-babies. It won't change just because you can't make a measley 7k to buy energy. Join guildies at Basil for a FSC run. That's an easy 8k and you get like 50ce and 1k left, easy. You can get A LOT of energy with $5. Unless you're some little kid who can't afford that... then maybe this game isn't for you. Maybe you should go play some Runescape.
The probability that will make most of you QUIT playing the game
there is a problem, but its a problem in most F2P games, however here is a video that seems to argue against the style of profit.

I think flaming each other doesn't really help to get points across.
I don't really have a problem with the CE prices as is, 6.5k is actually manageable evidently. I was paranoid about rising prices earlier, but I made a prediction that prices would skyrocket after last weekend, but they actually barely moved! So I'm much less worried about rising prices than I was previously.
On a side-note, I think more appearance-type items should appear as items that can be bought with CE, I hear those are quite profitable for other games following a similar style. As Extra Credits says, "Don't sell power."
the price is fine for those who can say gather the going price for less than 100 energy but those who can't (T1 and fresh T2 players) , it becomes overwhelming, maybe allow players to buy less than 100 CE at a time maybe all use to buy 50.
@xiax: But I don't want to acquire things, I want to fight things. If CE costs less than what I can make in a single run through the clockworks, then there's no point in paying real money. If CE costs more than what I can make in a single run through the clockworks, then I feel like I'm being punished for using CE on the elevators. Either way, buying CE with real money makes zero sense to me, apart from supporting OOO as a publisher, or being able to play in a public location without having my account's ME linked to another (and for that I only need to pay like $2-3 per account). If I didn't need to use energy on elevators, I would subscribe.
