Well I warn players in-game the risk they're taking of selling their materials cheap, in Haven 1. I can't go do that on trade chat, its simply impossible to not trigger flaming from some other people. PS, my IGN isn't Thoran, someone took it before me.

You guys are totally going to start a flame war if you don't stop calling each other "idiots", "stupid", or "retards". And Lulz, please think before you type.
Sure this guy may not know about economics but there's no need to be rude. The only people to blame for bulk buyers is people with the materials because they have a choice...
A) Ignore the seller.
B) Sell it at the Auction House.
C) Sell it to the bulk buyer.
D) Spam the bulk buyer about being a scammer.
Now a smart bulk buyer would either ignore the person or just add them to the ignore list. The people who are against this are obviously bulk buyers and the people are defending this is/was "scammed" by a bulk buyer. People learn from their mistakes, it's not a good thing if someone holds your hand along the way.
This is entertaining.
im sorta annoyed by bulk buyers too, but hey, i dont actually expect them to get many buyers. thanks to this forum, i learn that they do.
I got no sense of what things cost. so i end up selling my materials way underpriced anyway.
i dont go buying materials. that what ma friends are for.
Selling materials on the trade chat for weird prices (force dyanamo for 100 cr- woops!) is more what i do.
While it is sorta mean to buy extremely low and sell crazily high, mostly its not bad. just sorta low and pretty high.
I always assumed those bulk buyers are rage-crafters though. i guess not.
Note, Thoran, that they had to start SOMEWHERE to get all this crazy amount of cash to buy all these mats. so they made honest money at some point.
Contradicting, a noob found a sun silver in stratum 1. he sold it for 10 cr. I h8 YOU WHOEVER BOUGHT THAT, BECAUSE I KNOW YOU SOLD IT ON TH AH!
