About UV
Hey,
I got a medium elemental defense UV on my ash tail coat, and the same UV for my Mighty Defender, the question is, does it sum up and I'm considered having more then a medium elemental defense now? I really dont get how UVs combine, Im not sure if they combine at all. Can someone explain me pls?
Same story but with my ascended Calibur. I bought a uv ticket and got CTR medium, the thing is the sword already have a CTR medium bonus, so am I having more then a standard CTR medium? Or my UV is just useless?
Thanks.
Ah thanks for the great answer. I get it now ;)

So if I had a wolver cap and coat each with elemental resist maximum, will it be a waste to wear both? Since I hear that there can only be a maximum of 6 units. Or does that only apply to weapon damage/speed/ct?
Right, the max of 6 units only applies to weapon bonuses. Armors and shields might not actually have a maximum cap, it is really hard to say since it is hard to measure.
Eeks measured fire resistance effectiveness since it is one of the only things we can measure easily due to Fang of Vog's self-fire property. Once you have full Vog with UV Fire Low on each, you seem to hit the maximum amount of fire resist possible. See link below. So would Max Elemental on two pieces be overkill? Probably, but if you could test it to be sure, that would be awesome :)

UVs stack per item. That CTR Med UV on your Calibur will stack with the natural Medium to make a Very High bonus.
When considering the armor, the UV only applies to the stats of the piece itself. When factored into final defence, they are cumulative (also, your shield stats do not add to your armor stats at all, they only refer to how much damage your shield can take). This is different from UVs stacking together to make a Very High, however, as UVs seem to act differently on something that already has that resist naturally, and scales for higher star ratings.
