I was having extreme rubberbanding and there was nothing i could do to fix it. But I noticed that if I have Firefox running The rubberbanding dissapears and Spiral Knights runs fine. I used the seperate download version. Not sure whats up with that, but anyone else having this issue might want to give it a try and see if it works for them.
