Name: eye of the storm

Eye of the Storm
Like winmillion but is grey, white and blue. The handle has a giant rotor. it strikes 3 hit combo and 6 energy disks, two for each strike. The charge is a blue disk that strikes up to 6 times. The 6th strike is a explosion that scatters enermies with huge knockback, representng an hurricane. The 5 energy disk strikes does no knockback just normal, like how the eye of the storm is clear and sunny.

Because the only other weapon I've seen that has this effect is a bomb, I believe the 5 star variation of Winmillion should have the following effect.

Vortex Arc

Each slash sends out a small vortex which pulls in enemies towards the user. 3 hit combo which ends in a 4th hit that damages and knocks back all enemies directly in front of the user.

Naturally with an effect like this the damage would probably have to be lowered. But it would be handy for dealing with those pesky Strikers in Lockdown. Or Magicats that refuse to sit still.

I didn't know other people had the same idea I did for the Winmillion charge acting like a moving Graviton Vortex. I approve.

As a long-time Winmillion user, I've recently crafted a Spur for my brother. I've since noticed that his charge attack goes further than mine and actually does hit more than once. The Spur's charge attack is already underwhelming, so why does it get *worse* instead of better upon being upgraded into an oh-so-glorious tier 3 weapon?

Also, +1 to the five-star being Arcmillion.

The problem with Winmillion is that it's invalidated by weapon slots. It's got the same functions as a gun and a sword, but it doesn't do as well as a gun and it doesn't do as well as a sword in their respective situations. There are multiple ways to make it work, though: specialized damage (shadow especially), mob-piercing projectiles/losing the projectiles in favor of a massive reach, high knockback with bonus damage if both the melee and projectile connect, etc.

Definitely a range buff. The discs that shoot out when using the normal strikes have a TERRIBLE range. That would be great if they made the range larger so that a single disc can hit more than one enemy.

Also, about the charge attack, the wiki states that the disc can ricochet up to three times, more than any alchemer gun line's shots. That's something most people are overlooking.

If there is no 5* version, then I also agree that there should be a range buff and a small damage upgrade.

Another suggestion is just to bump the entire line 1 star up, so Spur would be 3*, arc razor 4*, winmillion 5*, if the devs are working on something that they think is more important.

+999 for Motor-attack spur, even if only for the 5* version

Currently, the spur line motor does nothing but shoot pathetic discs of energy with horrible range and power. It's outclassed by the calibur line in terms of damage dealing.
I think the charge attack should be changed to better reflect the motor power on the sword. Instead of shooting a large disc, make the arcrazor drag the player forward in a slowish 360 spin. The spin would be at half the speed of a calibur's, but the user is propelled forward 3 squares simultaneously (so basically spinning while pushed forward). This would simulate the rotational inertia of the motor as the sword is swung powerfully.

The 5* version (which seriously needs to be made) should also increase the range of the Winmillion energy balls. The relative power-level should be unchanged since the higher attack speed balances it out.

Great idea. I saw Chawkthree's video, and from what I saw, the sword looks pretty nice. It has a cool motor and really useful projectile shots. I'm looking forward to getting this sword.

Since it can damage one enemy multiple times very quickly, it'll be cool if they made this weapon do special damage.

I'm sick of the repetitive

I'm sick of the repetitive shadow/elemental branching. Is that actually all you can come up with? We really have enough of those things that branch into those very two damage types.

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing..

1: Yes, the 5* upgrade to the Spur line. Crimson colored.

2: An alternate line starting at either 4* or 5*, which it's design is based upon a crescent moon. Pure shadow damage.

Chances are that they're going to throw in another branch that's pure elemental, so no point in expecting otherwise.

The Spur line is my favorite sword line, so it sucks that it ends up mediocre at 4* and doesn't even have a 5* to go to next.
It'd be nice if it could retain pure normal damage. A source of solid, reliable damage is nice to have, just in case something annoying pops up.

I like the sound of the charge dealing out a twister or tornado, either slowly moving in a random pattern around the field, staying in the same place pulling in enemies or sending a disc that then erupts into a tornado. whatever the charge is, should definitely spin like the motor.

All these weapon/armor/shield lines that are incomplete really do need some balancing and completion. +1 for any new and finished content.

I think a 5* normal and shadow upgrade would be great, but if they haven't done it yet, I doubt we'll see it in the future..
I've always wanted to make a Winmillion, but there was always that weapon that looked cool AND viable.

- Increase damage of ALL the spur line
- Shadow upgrade
- Normal upgrade
- Increase range of energy disc
- Make the energy discs pierce

And I'd love it.

Not too much though. Its attack style is similar to a brandish, and a winmillion hits for 72-77 on the first and second swings when you combine the strike plus the disc, compared to a 4* brandish line's 89-91 on the first and second swings, so there's really not too substantial of a damage gap, especially when you consider that winmillion can still do damage even if you don't directly connect with the hit.

The bigger issue is that it is untyped damage, and untyped is basically equivalent to **** unless it has some really unique positive traits associated with it that typed weapons don't have. While winmillion has a unique trait, the trait isn't really exceptional.

However, if the 5* winmillion had a shadow variant, I could see the series being end game useful, especially against the likes of toxoil.

If you think a Winfinity would be good, get a freaking Combuster. Too slow for you? Flourish or DVS, or spend only 20kcr to add a ASI VH UV, like I did. Want to hit switches? Use your Maskeraith or Drakon or Seraphinx to take care of those. Nuff said.

Simply asking for status, different attack type, more range/bullets, and more damage doesn't encourage OOO to upgrade this. Since OOO no longer decides to add suggestions with only ten people agreeing with, don't expect the Winfinity to be the golden exception.
