Sometimes the damage flash and damage numbers show the blue "dealt normal amounts of damage" color instead of whatever it's supposed to be.
The actual damage number, and the actual damage dealt, are correct though.

Considering how much the damage is nerfed in Tier 1 it tends to glitch the numbers more than usual. Shocks from my Voltaic sill do big brown numbers to constructs in Tier 2 and 3, so no worries. ^^
Numbers are glitching, as they always do I think. I experienced the same behavior too even before the recent patch (comparing Polaris-induced shock damage vs Jelly Palace puppies and vs tier 3 puppies) so it should be nothing new...
