It would be reasonable if the Russian Haven would have the same number as a code of Russia (I mean 7).
Same with other "another language" Havens.

Well...
The russian-speaking community is growing, and for old players no difference will be here Russian haven or not. We already have a handmade cyrillic chat, and now haven for us is just a place with bazaar and AH.
But please, don't forget about new russian players. Sometimes it's very hard to adapt to the game for them, because not all speak a second language like english, french and so on. And russian haven, in that case, will be the best place where they could meet with another players, which will help them to adapt easily.

What the point of making
What is the point of making russian Haven, if we can't easily communicate with each other?
