I meant in terms of the blueprint hats that require 4 refined to be made. And I only included that info as a suggestion if they did not personally need the weapons. There's quite a few blueprint misc and hat items that can be made now. Unless... You feel like buying a few keys from Mann Co. at $2.50 each or trading 2 refined for each key and try your luck at uncrating these. Last I checked $2.50 gets you 750 CE in Spiral Knights, so anyone offering a strange weapon for a lower amount is underpricing and losing out.
I'm not looking for CE anyway, only the Green Rose Chap.
