Hello, knights. I'm sorry for bothering you all, but i'm stuck about what defensive gear I should get. I have the 2* cobalt series by now, but they seem to have no special ability above any other armor/helm. Many can say that the armor is the better about normal damage, However it's ONLY about normal damage, which means it's useless on tier 2 and below.
Could anyone sugest another armor (and helm, if possible) or defend that I should buy a 3* cobalt recipe?

In my experience, the Cobalt armor set is more for getting the 2* and 4* equipment needed to access Tier 2 and Tier 3 respectively, if you're having trouble getting other kinds of armor that fit the bill. I suppose it could have its uses, but like you said, most attacks at Tier 2 or lower have an Elemental nature joined with a Normal nature and will thus do more damage to you.
Frankly I'd check the Wiki for a better armor that suits your fancy.
