If I remember correctly that
If I remember correctly that was the emblem of a gate right in front of the fountain in the beta. Sparrow gate or some such. It was the only gate outside of the Arcade and meant to be a kind of "transitional" gate. After the Crash site but before the Arcade.

Sparrow Gate used to be in
Sparrow Gate used to be in Rescue Camp (or is it still there?), not Haven. As Dirt has pointed out the gate in Haven Town Square used to be called Dragonfly Gate.
I'm afraid it's not the secret we're looking for.
