At some points getting serious is understandable.
But many players here in this game don't even get a joke. they are getting way to fast offended ?
I have seen players who reported people for reasons what they do by them self ?
What is the point of reporting people for little things? I mean come on.

I do enjoy this game, But somethimes others can ruine it for you.
But I don't report them because if I do I can give them a Temp or Perm ban.
But not all players do think like me so which kinda makes me sad.
I am scared to lose my account duo the temp ban I got before, I am even scared to post or say anything right now.
Because OOO is not specific on their judging system.

Well just told my opinion
I'd Like to hear yours.
Thank you for reading.

Regards

Irevolutioni.

Was recruiting by chat for my guild.
Did that Every 1 or 3 mins.

Got reported for spamming.
While many people try to sell their mats by shout and other stuff.

And no I didn't recruit by trade channel.

yea, people have a much lower tolerance for guild recruiting spam than sales spam. Me included. I usually just put them on ignore, but apparently some people hit the complain button.

If someone is gonna join your guild, they'll do it quickly. Staying in the same area, with the same people...won't solve a thing. No new recruits, just people getting more and more fed up with you. Also, it can be a slap in the face of a guild who's parking it in Haven. If there's 10 members of a guild standing around in front of the AH, it could seem a "those guys are lame, join me" thing.

The best way to recruit is to go out on runs, particularly boss runs, and invite the good players.

Do you really have to pollute

Do you really have to pollute those healthy forums with unreasonable complaints about you breaking the rules? And the forum guidelines state that this place isn't for disputing bans.

Guild recruitment is not really a trade channel thing. I think we should have a guild recruitment channel so that people can broadcast guild recruitment messages on that channel without fear of getting banned (if there isn't one already.)

Also, I rarely report for spamming. In the worst case scenario I ignore instead. But, that's me. I usually don't talk in game so I'm a little more tolerant of spam in the chat window. I can see where others would get upset though.

@Paweu You're obviously

@Paweu You're obviously ignorant of the situation to state that it is an unreasonable subject. If you DO happen to comprehend what happened then your opinion is simply that of low regard. Although the forum guidelines do state that the forums are not a place to dispute a ban you would see that this thread is in fact NOT disputing the temporary ban in the least. If you had the LEAST bit of discernability you could see that the thread is clearly about players reporting other players over frivolous events as well as the vagueness and overall specific unclarity of OOO's terms of service.

Please, read and think before posting something, especially if you're going to insult the original poster with such accusations.

I said this would happen when

I said this would happen when gear-based PvP was reintroduced. Before, the people who took it too seriously didn't have much of a concrete benchmark to rely on. Now they have Lockdown to show how "ub3r1337" their skills are and have numbers to "back it up."

Passive-aggressive? I'd like to hear an explanation. As you can see, my post was first pertaining your statements and why they are false, including the assumed lack of your perception of both the situation and the post's contents. Finally, I ended suggesting and asking that you, and I quote, "read and think before posting", reason being that your posts are negative to the community in addition to them being downright false. I guess it's easier to state "passive-aggressive... try harder" than to actually address my post and it's contrast to your own.

Please explain to me how your

Please explain to me how your post is in any way a direct response to the points I gave in both my first and second post. Have you even argued a point in your post? You simply added in a link of a similarly related thread, quotes from this thread, and finally an excerpt of the definition of dispute, ending your post by beseeching me to apologize (There's a Z in apologize, by the way). Your post is absolute in lack of foundation and argument. I implore you to, again, explain yourself.

In response to your use of 'dispute' and how it relates to this thread, I feel that you STILL do not comprehend that the OP is not questioning the validity of the ban, but instead stating that OOO's terms of service, as they ARE supreme (he does NOT question their authority and right to ban), STILL lack clarity. This is not question of truth, it is question of clarity so that players may be aware of certain rules with 100% certainty BEFORE THEY ACT, NOT to question the ban after they receive it, which you can clearly see the OP has NOT DONE nor does he suggest that other knights should do it.

I, again, recommend you raise your reading skills. With reasonable question, the validity of the sincerity of your posts are also in question. I feel that you may in fact be 'trolling' as it's so called on the thread to provoke a response from the OP or other bystanders such as myself. If your next post matches the ignorance of your previous, the reason to believe such accusations will only increase. Just a reminder. Your ignorance in this matter is making me believe that you're faking the posts.

Ive only sent a complaint on

Ive only sent a complaint on people who are scamming(pay me x amount of crowns and ill give you a link on how to get free CE, seen this attempt a few times) and the rare player who just out of nowhere starts being extremely offensive at any random person around.

i dont mind seeing the occasional swear but wont talk like that myself in public areas like haven just incase. Since a fair few people do get reported for a minor/non offensive slip, which i disagree with, but it is part of TOS so all i can do is disagree with it.

Spammers generally just get an ignore, and being reported for it seems a little lame, but on the same hand i can understand it. i wouldnt see what you did (if it was every 1-3 minutes) as really spamming, unless your recruitment post took up half the screen each time you sent it. or if the haven was really quiet so half the posting was just you.

The easiest way to play and not get banned for stupid little things in public areas is to act like theres some moron in the group who has a grudge on you, and is waiting for you to give them a reason to complain or report you. You could give people 10 different ways to handle or filter spammers so they dont have to report(such as ignore), and there will still be people who go straight to a complaint because they know it will cause you the most annoyance.

If you just ignore someone, they wont know, if you complain them and they get temp banned then you know your getting to them, thats all this is about.

Before Lockdown was

Before Lockdown was introduced, the game was a measure-your-e-peen by showing your wealth game. Market Knights. You have people using wealth as a benchmark, people who are horrendous at clockworks , people who don't do runs anymore, yet for some unknown reasons treated like gods in this game. There was a recent post that said that the skill-ceiling of this game is akin to Checkers, I don't disagree. It is relatively easier compare to very high level competition where precision and mindgames are put more to test. Unfortunately, even for a game as simple as Checkers, many previously supposedly top-tier players are well ... not very good in it.

TL:DR

Even though it can be unbearable, I much preferred a e-peen on lockdown haxxor skills than My-moolah-is-bigger-than-your-moolah community.
