Not sure where to put this

I have complaints, probably the worst trading ive ever encountered.
Usually dont have trade problems worth noting, but i wanted to give review on the "so called business man" Engie.
First i buy drab wings off him for 870ce, then when i wanted to return in exchange for pipe + 130ce , he said he wanted +200ce for inconvienence.
He was advertising the pipe for 1kce. So i haggle to +130ce inconvenience instead, but then he says: f*** off, you shouldve have thought about that before"
Now its totally up to him if he wants to accept returns, but he proposed a deal that was only 70ce higher than my offer.
Then when i agree to 200ce inconvenience, he doesnt answer but runs around in front of me.
Hopefully this guy is not a scammer but he sure acts like one.
I just wanted to warn anyone to not trust this trader, surely seemed fishy to me + that behaviour was totally unprofessional and made no sense whatsoever.

From the forum rules:

"DO NOT:
Post personal attacks, or anything intended to insult or belittle another person (this includes both players AND staff members)".
I know it sucks when someone acts rudely to you, but next time, it might be better if you try the report feature(Complain? I believe it was?) of the game. That way, the Game Masters can see why the user you're complaining about is being rude to you.

Ok sorry about that then.
Using the /report feature only reports, not sure where i explain.
You mean i should press F2 ?

well, like I said, I wasn't too sure if it was /complain or /report. But I can check for you.(It's probably too late now. I think it looks at the chat logs as soon as it's used, but I only used it once, so...I don't really know...:( )

Bottom most commands.
You either have to type /complain NAME or /report NAME.

He told you to "f*** off". That is offensive, as it was using crude language against you.
Otherwise? He has done nothing rule-breaking, as much of a jerk he behaved. You had already completed the trade, and he has the item. He can do whatever the heck he wants in regards to the price. In the end, he doesn't make the sale, right?
However, if it's specifically to you, that counts as a form of harassment as well.

I was not harassing at all and yes he is entitled to have no returns.
If you understand the link i gave you correctly you wouldn't come to that conclusion
Now if you do however come to the same conclusion, i guess you can call everything harrassment.

Kind of a "Slang Word that Starts with a 'D' & describes the Male's Lower Privates" Move he did. ._.

Not mah fault.
Thought it was funny.
Was wrong.
I'll change it.
Sorry.
...Sorry.
Did I mention I was sorry?

Once you trade away something, it is no longer yours. Also, "Naming and shaming" Is not allowed on the orums, an I'm sure someone from OOO will [Redact] this. If you would to the world a favor, edit your posts, and graveyard this and save OOO some time. Again, once you trade something away, IT IS NO LONGER YOURS.
:)

He was a total jerk. Really lording his power. I agree that the "200CE inconvience" thing is a form of scam, had you taken bait before the blocking.
But his precious fingers might hurt, because he has to click an extra two times and type an extra 4 letters.
And I didn't mean you harassed him, I think I worded things awkwardly.
I meant in not trading back and all that he was in no wrong. Telling you to "f*** off" (or as he puts it, eff off, same idea though) and otherwise behaving rude to you was him harassing you. Him lifting the price up because you're the one offering is also him harassing you.
To be frank, you have done nothing wrong, he has, but you should not take it further than reporting him.
Most merchants are immature. I never would have thought Engie was a merchant, or an extortionist at that. Oh well..
Threads like this do put a spotlight on certain players, though, and I think in most forums this is against the ToS. It's good to understand your situation, but the mods may think otherwise.
