What what happened.

So logging in to SK today I saw that I had lost 4000CE off ma 5600 balance. I now have 1600. I think it was a hack since my energy history showed that i had mailed energy to some dude I've never met.
What do I do? I told support and I am contemplating complaining him, but I don't, from a GM's point of view, have a valid argument.
The worst thing is, due to OOO's policy, I can't get my energy back. And that is 10 pound's worth of energy I have lost, I really don't wanna spend money on more, since through no fault of my own i have lost CE.

Yo Thelion by sayin I dont have a valid argument i mean i have no absolute solid proof that this person hacked, since i was able to get back on it. Also the GM's could simply turn around and say well u sent that guy the CE deal with it, when I didn't. I have no absolute proof that he did hack my account. And the justice can only be served with utmost solid proof, in crime and SK.

Do it.
I'd send in the complaint. Worse case is that you don't have enough for them to do anything at all. But at least they have a name to watch. If they were stupid about it, it'd be one account down, and maybe a few more next up.
Also, the Pound is a form of currency.

uh what? your claiming your account got hacked and you dont have a valid argument???? I would suggest you file ticket, unless of course your account got hacked because you tried to steal money from OOO.
