Awesome!, feel free to offer here or through mail, but if you go with 1kce or such it's the same as not making an offer, I put a price on the stuff so if you aren't remotely close I'd rather keep them on my inventory forever. Also don't go around saying a or b was priced too high, it costs thousands to get, so that statement is false as the pricing is only a fraction of what it costs to obtain, you can say "they are too expensive for me" which is much better, or "I can get it cheaper somewhere else" which may be correct as well. Get a common color if things are too expensive instead of going for the prismatics though.
On the other hand if what you want is discounts I already listed options on the OP. You could go as far as 60% off if you work it out. However, don't assume that means I'll give you a straight 60% under your own terms, it is because you bother to meet mine that I'd give you something in return.
Finally, I apologize for being blunt but I was trying to get ahead of possible future issues that have happened a lot already :)

updated the look, hopefully I didn't make it worse, added prices for trading of the items for steam games to make it easier on the calculations (many people that didn't want to trade changed their minds after I did the calculations for them, so I'm guessing no one is bothering to do it on their own, hence the change)

I dont use spiral spy myself but Ive seen pictures where they get the same angle too, maybe you can offer someone experienced with it to make you an scene and give them some ce for their trouble. The preview window shows all the details but the overhead view sometimes hides a all of them.
