Its the same glow as other prismatics, only on the eye that is covered, this kind of glow is much easier to see on the overworld if your player color is bright (ie yellow, not purple). My screenshot would be on light blue and inspect window, which isn't the best way to ponder if you like the glow or not (like twinkle aura, the effects are easier to see when you are zoomed in in inspect mode).
I'll update the picture anyway.
EDIT: I don't think the glow itself will interest you a lot unless you are yellow or some other bright color (green might work)
