I think there should be a new weapon called "daggers" and it would come with 2 daggers, attack rate is much faster than sword but less powerful.

Which is pointless because...
we have these things called ASI UVs.
Oh, and yeah, it's basically a Cutter, I'm afraid, unless you do have an idea of how to improve the weapon mechanics and not just the aesthetic looks.
