The great SK HQ Auction is over - here are the final prices of the items. (Collated by knights of the round auction)

Flame Aura - 4,201,337 cr (Bought by RubyEclipse)
Prismatic Dapper combo - 1,452,000 cr (Rumoured to be bought by Bigfootm or Hadn)

Prismatic Toupee - 1,210,000 cr (Bought by Ewbte and then sold on to Giannii)
Prismatic Wings - 4,600,000 cr (Bought by "The winner of the Prismatic wings were in fact a player by the name of 'Aureya' Which was actually the wife of 'Aecarus' who was delivered the wings by his wife via the mail system as an anniversary present. :)

Well the flame aura was at 2,100,000 CR last I checked which factors out to $350 worth of CE!

Prismatic toupee is the bargain of the list at only 330K CR!

Divine Halo was 3,201, 337, hmm.
Prismatic dapper combo 1.4 mil
Volcanic was the last one still in a bidding war at 1,690,000 and that was the final price just a second ago. The items are now all sold.

I take it that $250 (U.S. currency) was spent on Volcanic Wings. This is for 100,000 Crystal Energy. Convert that to crowns (assuming 6200 crowns per 100CE before the prices momentarily went down) and that's 6,200,000 crowns.

I'm not counting the extra crowns the bidder probably already had but that's about close.

Assuming 6kcr for 100 CE just to make calculations easier and using the 20kce for 50USD deal to calculate cost

EDIT: Used spsy's numbers and confirmed/ got second opinion on those numbers. (used a calc on these final numbers. My head can't do this XD)

Total spent by ruby. : 13.3 million cr : 200kce : ~ 500 USD
Total overall : 34.4 million cr : 573kce : ~1432 USD
Total @ 6.3kcr for 100ce : 34.3 million cr : 546kce : ~1365 USD

EDIT: some of the relatively smaller (<=500kcr) items I didn't count just because I'm rushing to get an estimate on final numbers. Expect large increases still.

Better numbers will roll in eventually and keep in mind these are approximations. I'm doing my best to track down numbers

re: CE prices

CE was below 6050 for a few moments, I think the lowest was 6036 or so(auctions at short)

Once the accessory auctions hit very short, CE spiked up to 6100-6200 as the non-successful bidders liquidated their crowns to buy back CE and this fed the few competing bidders. A lot of CE and crowns were traded in that time(bid blocks of 70x100CE@6160cr were being bought up in a matter of seconds).

As of this post CE is ~6330 again and will probably reach 6400 before night's end, whether or not it stabilizes or continues to climb for awhile more is unknown.

Let's not connect this to dollars.

Items sell in the auction house everyday for half a million crowns. I have about 4 million worth of items in there right now, and I'm hardly unique. Ruby and Levis probably easily do in sales in a week through ah and forums to afford their winning bids. 4 million crowns is just not a very significant amount for a lot of players. I seriously doubt any of the big winner had to buy any ce in cash, although many of the losing bidders may have.

Mawashimono, you don't really have a good understanding of money at all. If you spend some large amount of CR/CE on some fluff now, and later down the line you purchase some CE for something because you didn't have enough resources, you are paying money for the fluff due to the fact that you otherwise wouldn't have had to spend real money on it.

Oh, and I'm pretty darn sure the two players you mentioned have spent several hundred dollars on the game, so I don't know why would bring them up.

A penny not saved is a penny spent.

I wonder how many people bid at that "event", but CE prices are still increasing. I also wonder how many are the players who control the market and if that they wonder/care about the f2p playerbase. If this continues this way, at the end of the way we may have pre-Steam CE prices...

Ghostly Aura - makes swivels

Ghostly Aura - makes swivels of purple-ish smoke come off of your armor
Twinkle Aura - makes your armor twinkle a couple of times every second with Twinkles similar to those on the Divine Halo or Grey Owlite Shield
Flame Aura - makes embers/flames spark off of your armor
Unclean Aura - makes flies buzz around your armor, quite noticeable as compared to the other auras (though seemingly the least popular)
Twilight Aura - makes "fireflies" hover around your armor, similar to Unclean aura, but less particles and at a slower speed (the colour of the particles also matches your personal colour, AKA Prismatic)

Most people agree that Unclean is by far the most noticeable Aura, at the same time it is (ironically) the least popular. xD

I'd have to say that Twilight might actually be equally as noticeable (if not more) as opposed to Unclean, and much more pleasant. Congrats go to Magnus on that one!

But in the end, all the auras have their charms. :)

Most likely the prices for this round will be MUCH lower as OOO has proven they are not afraid to re-release and lower prices on high valued items.
I see them being released MANY more times in the future and I will probably wait until they are down a lot more before bidding.
