Is this a good setup?

I don't have the set-up yet, this is merely my goal.
Armor:
Skolver Cap/Vog Cap
Skolver Armor/Vog Armor
Ironmight Plateshield/The 5* Owlite Shield

I would switch between the two according to strata.

Weapons:
Leviathan Blade
Argent Peacemaker/Nova Driver
Graviton Bomb, or whatever the name is.
And Final Flourish.

I haven't seen any damage gaps in my setup. I've played with only an Ascended Calibur and know extremely well which Monsters I hate to fight and often die while doing so.
These include the Retrode, and its variants. I have selected the Nova Driver for this purpose.
Wolvers and Devillites are also annoying, which is why I'm saving up for a Flourish.
And Gremlin Bombers, who always seem to have a one-up on me. The Graviton bomb, I've heard, easily traps them, and unlike the Voltaic Tempest, does not accidentally charge Quicksilvers or make the Bombers go nuts and throwspam bombs.

Graviton bomb will trap

Graviton bomb will trap enemies but it's not a reliable source of shadow damage (it's not that critical but i think I should mention that). You'll live with that, but since you chose the wolver line, consider having a shadow and an elemental sword too in the future.

Argent Peacemaker is split piercing+elemental. It is pretty good against undead and fiends. It is bad against everything else. Nova Driver is pure elemental, which is great to use against most turrets, against which guns are especially useful. So I vote for ND over AP.

Graviton Vortex is great fun. Consider also Electron Vortex.

Final Flourish is truly awesome. Barbarous Thorn Blade is equally good.

Leviathan Blade is normal damage. As soon as you have two swords, there is no particular reason for either of them to be a normal sword. Consider instead an elemental sword (Combuster, Glacius, Voltedge, Divine Avenger) or a shadow sword (Acheron or Gran Faust). Usually, a swordsman owns a piercing sword, an elemental sword, and a shadow sword, even if he carries only two of them at a time.

Skolver and Vog Cub are both great, and it's good to have both. People seem to prefer the Volcanic Plate Shield over the Ironmight Plate Shield, but I'll let more informed people comment on that.

Hmm

The wolver armors will work well with your swords, can't really go wrong there.

Ironmight isn't that great of a shield. If you want something with piercing defense then the Barb Thorn Shield is a solid choice when facing Jellies and Wolvers. It isn't quite as strong as the Ironmight, but the damage bonus makes up for this.

Like Bopp said, grab three swords of different damage types then carry two depending on the upcoming enemies.

The Graviton Vortex is dangerous to use with Gremlin bombers. When stuck in the vortex, they'll spam bombs all around them. It is better to deal with them using a Flourish or any other shadow weapon. With practice, you'll learn to watch your step to avoid their bombs. The vortexes are, however, great for gathering up your enemies and doing a charge attack into their midst, particularly if using something from the brandish line. Electron Vortex is usually preferred over Graviton since it does shock. The Elemental damage type is weak to Gremlins and Wolvers, but the vortexes aren't prized for their damage anyways.

The Nova Driver isn't a typical selection for a gun, but it is actually a great gun. It has a shorter range than Polaris or AP, and it has no status unlike Hail Driver, etc... but whatever, it does excellent damage and is very party friendly. I've never made one because I haven't needed one, but I know people that have and they use it all the time.
