What should i get snarbolax set or Vog cub set? Or should i just mix them.

Xmasterxx, Snarbolax is an end-game item that can only be crafted through the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine. If you are trying to decide between the two, go Vog as you'll put it to good use for quite a while before you can reach those machines.
Snarbolax is available for sale directly from endgame players, but it is going to be really expensive compared to something like making your own Vog.

Really only if you get a fire UV, just in case you get burned, and if you use faster swords. I'd still say Vog>Snarby for FSC.

Vog Cub vs Snarbolax
I haven't seen a Vog Cub yet, but Snarbolax would probably wreck that poor thing :(
We get a lot of newbie questions here, so I can't tell whether you understand what you're asking. Are you aware that the Snarbolax set can be crafted only in the Shadow Lairs? So there are only two ways to get it. First, you can buy it premade from someone, for more than 4000 CE per item. Second, you can pass through a Shadow Lair and craft it yourself, which essentially requires you to have 5-star armor already. Or do you know all this?
A better comparison would be Skolver vs. Snarbolax, because at least they both have freeze and damage bonus. Is your goal to build a general-purpose armor set for swords, or to run FSC, or what? What weapons do you use? You've given us almost no information.
