Sorry if this has been posted before but is there ANY card that can be used for ce instead of using a credit card? If so what card, and what is the procedure to use such a card.
Can you buy pre-purchased ce.

No credit card, nothing like that... i saw in another post that you can buy with a ultimate game card and i need to redeem it somehow.
NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS

I use a pre-paid money card
I use a pre-paid money card that I load money on to then use it to purchase CE.
As far as I can tell there's no option to use an Ultimate Game Card or any other such card..

After you buy your ultimate
After you buy your ultimate game card, follow these directions:
Go to My Account
Scroll down and click on Get Energy Now
Click on PayByCash
Select your energy package
Click on Ultimate Game Card, then continue
Fill in your information and continue
Redeem your card code, and voila! you have CE!
As a side note: Don't ever bother looking in the ultimate game card site to see if it supports the game you want to use it for. Always look to see whether ultimate game card is supported by the game site itself. UGC rarely updates its supported game list, as far as I can tell.

Dammit does this work when ur using steam?
you could be a pre-paid credit card if that's what you're asking?? (works the same way as a pre-pay cell phone card i think)
