Have you ever happened to find a T3 geared guy in T1 LD? or is it only me?

Today as usual i played T1 LD. Few matches, went normal but then i found myself in a strange match where everyone but one guy was in 1star stuff. The one guy has Vog stuff on himself and GF as weapon. It wasnt just visual glitch since it took some time to kill him with multiple ppl and he could easly 2 hit us (while it takes lot more to kill someone in T1).

Did it happened to any of you before? Is it new glitch/exploit or maybe random thing caused by recent server overloads?

I have never personally seen this happen. Although... I gotta say, going by the pics, if he was in T3 gear in T1 lockdown he SUCKED! His team should have won by default.
A person in fully heated T1 gear can dominate and carry a team rather easy with all the Steam people in T1 right now. A person in T3 gear versus them is like a freaking god. He could literally 2 hit anybody at that level and his team still lost. Amazing job on beating him, I'm really surprised his damage wasn't much higher.
And if it is a bug/exploit I hope it is fixed very fast.

Report him for exploiting
If he didn't have the decency to leave the match and report the bug (if it was a bug) then it counts as taking advantage of a dysfunctional game mechanic and is a bannable offense.
By the way, doesn't a Gran Faust have a high enough damage output to oneshot, not 2shot, someone in 1* gear?

My guess is that higher star gear would still be nerfed, just like in T1 of the clockworks.
I've played a lot of T1 lockdown since the steam promo thing started, and I have yet to see this happen.
Ps. LOL @ his puny damage :P

Maybe he was just so bad, that the game decided to dump him in T1 'cause it wouldn't make a difference anyway?
In all seriousness, though, that needs some fixing, or you might see me wrecking stuff soon. (I wish.)

This isnt the first time!
This isnt the first time to see a guy in T3 loudout playing on T1.
I had an encounter(did i spell this right) with more T3 guys in T1 lockdown.There were more than 3 guys there.
But in this case they won.
I ussualy play T2 lockdown and rarely T3 lockdown but i wanted to try out T1.
I usually play T1 lockdown too. I've encountered guy in some Chroma Helm and Armour once (I think it was Deadly Virulisk set, not sure though).
