IMO: bombs are best served
IMO: bombs are best served with CTR VH bonus. And best armor vs elemental damage is Vog thanks to its attack speed bonus for swords, so that you can get CTR UV on swords. But thats just me - preferring to have both ASI VH and CTR VH on all of my swords. On top of damage bonus.
