Dunno what you mean by "shock bomb" but just in case; this upgrades into the Electron Vortex, not Voltaic Tempest (The latter being the shock themed Ash/Shiver/ect). Also I offered 4kce in the other thread since there's apparently two threads for this?

For future reference "Static
For future reference "Static Capacitor" is the 2* for tempest, and a CTR High one went for 7kce earlier (I think rhip took it at b/o?). Since they're token gear and the only good UV on them is CTR making resaling bad rolls hard, you'll probably have difficulty finding one cheap. Or finding one at all actually, I think the on that sold earlier is the first CTR High+ one I've seen in ages. You may have better luck just getting a blank one via Brinks or the ah and rolling on it.
