Well as for your wolver example, sure tehre's situations like that where the swordie is well within their right to attack; especially since/if there is only one wolver.
My wolver den is example is more about how I run wolver dens:
I plant the DBB where they spawn, and let the crowds chase me. I don't ever leave the blast radius of my DBB (or if I have to, I stay nearby and circle in/out of it) since the teleports will have them vanishing too regularly. I want them teleporting INTO the rad, and running up to me, then getting hit. I never drop a DBB next to a swordie with a wolver near them; I let them take care of their own threats.

However, when I'm standing there charging a bomb, and have 4 wolvers coming at me with a nearly detonated DBB between us, and a swordie runs up, into the blast rad and KBs them all out of it, ensuring none of them get hit by it, then there's an issue.
