Also, it looks like they're not all the same wing, which is very odd. The two on the left and right handed guys are on the right shoulder, but the one on the guy in the middle (in the snarbolax) is over the left shoulder. How bizarre is that?
Each accessory is a 'pair' of wings, despite how they look in the pic.
As for their different sizes and such, it's because they animate- flapping and stretching and such. They're very cool!
how are they obtained? or is that a secret -_-

It shows a salamander with wings. If these wings are an accessory, they'll be one for back right? Which means Chroma lines will be unable to wear them? Correct me if I'm wrong here (I'm staring at deadly virulisk set as I post this) So all us lizards will be left out, just like how I Can't put Tails Tails on my demo suit, Sad face.

Just for future reference, don't release pictures of something that hasn't been implemented ingame yet. There may be plans for it we don't know about.

Chinese dragons don't have wings. This is a massive oversight in otherwise impeccable attention to detail Three Rings normally provides when making sure the extremely life like game of Spiral Knights remains as realistic as possible.
On a more serious note, is the promotional image just to mess with us or will lizard suits actually be able to equip with these?

I'll take a shot in the dark:
You obtain it from rare chromalisks or virulisks that have dragon wings growing out of their backs.
Those chromalisks are rare as I said and have a 100% chance to drop the accessory on kill. No different mechanics, just a regular ol chroma / virulisk plus wings.
Why chromas / virulisks? They drop dragon scales, the only dragon-related things in this game.
I might not be correct, just guessing as it is supposed to be secret how we obtain it. Sounds like it won't be a promotion if its secret. If I was correct that'd be fun to know :3

They're sexay but unless they're offered with a CE package, I'm not interested. Not willing to compete with those who've filled their CE and cr caps.
