RSS is about 1 shotting enemies. Standing in the middle of a group of slags in FSC is really unsafe.
Try pairing it with a blast bomb, or a status haze instead. Preferably shock since ur using graviton.

Read this for maximizing damage with a vortex bomb.
Standing in the middle of your own vortex is unsafe. Monsters can and will attack.
If duo, it might work well. However, 2 rss going off at once would do more damage. After all, as you kite the monster to a better group positioning, you can still drop shards to hurt them.
