I'd like to see some screenshots and hear how it goes after. I just settled in today but I am still too exhausted for this.

On the bright side my brother has been discharged from the hospital so things should get back to normal for me soon. I hope some day we can run another one of these!

First, thanks to everyone who came out, volunteers, bidders, and spectators! That was certainly tons of fun, and very memorable.
Even well after it was wrapped up we had people stumbling across the event asking what was going on and whether they could get in on it, and asking if we'd do it again. :)

Extra special thanks go to Ginungagap for being a stellar auctioneer. Special mention goes to Tevokkia for donating some awesome prizes for the raffle after the auction, they were VERY well recieved and the winners were really happy with them!

I know for some of us, the fun is just started cause we were bought by someone and will have to run errands for them for a few hours later. XD

Thanks again, everyone for making this fun and memorable. Keep an eye open for the next thing we run, cause I'm sure this will just be the beginning. :P

To recap the event:

We started out meeting up in Haven 10 in the bazaar in the lawn behind Beschamel's shop, and bidding began pretty quickly.

1) Rizeal - Sold to Teamworkguy for an hour for 15K Crowns!
2) Isenfir - Sold to Valene for 90 minutes for 10K Crowns!
3) Danizpsycho - Sold to Tevokkia for 3 Hours (!) for 3500 Crowns! (What a deal!)
4) ToastNaut (ME!) - Sold to Danizpsycho for "a while" (lol we forgot to say how long, so I told him it would be a while :P) for 25K Crowns!
5) Oceanprince - Sold to Narfle for an hour for 10K Crowns!
6) Cahills - Sold to Narfle for 90 minutes for 9250 Crowns!
7) Retequizzle - Sold to Danizpsycho for an hour for 100K Crowns!!!

The volunteers each got 12375 crowns for being good sports and for what they're going to put up with in the next short while. :P

Then we auctioned 75K crowns in a raffle as well as the prizes donated to the event by Tevokkia.

For the 75 Crowns, we opened the raffle to anyone who had placed a bid whether or not they won.
Ginungagap picked a number between one and a hundred (I knew it to verify the winner) and Rizeal won it, guessing within one number with a guess of 73, the number being 72. Second closest was Fehzor with a guess of 74 (doh!)

For the prizes, Ginungagap had to run off suddenly, so I took over and did a similar raffle which we opened to anyone around the bazaar at the time.

I told Tevokkia my number, which was 3.
Rizeal won again for the first prize, winning a Cool Stranger Hat with a guess of 25.

The second hat went to Artemis-the-hunter by popular vote for guessing "Kittens" for the first raffle! Everyone was very good sports, and felt that that guessing Kittens as the lucky number between 1-100 deserved something. I think that this one was a Military Stranger Hat.

I got Rizeal to pick the next number, as he felt he'd won enough already and bowed out of the raffle. He picked 49.
This one went to Ice___ (sorry, in my haste writing numbers I abbreviated his name on my sheet and don't recall the last half XD) and he got a stranger hat for guessing 50. (I believe this one was a Toasty one.)

The last prize went to Fallenhope for guessing the number exactly this time, before anyone else guessed by shouting 33 as soon as I told people that I had our number (I think Tevokkia picked this one again.) For this lucky guess, he got a Dusty Wide Vee.

I must say, I did NOT expect bidding to go so high, but now that we know how it can go, if we do something like this in the future, we can probably get some cool prizes together in advance that the money raised can go towards instead of raffling crowns (not that anyone seemed displeased with getting crowns. :P)
Fun times!

I was told to go get two Antiguas from Jelly King. Simple enough, especially when I already had an unbound Antigua in the inventory on my alt (can't remember if lucky drop or just forgetful unbind) and had 18 tokens already. So I did one run, turned in the requested items and went along my merry way.

In essence, I was hired to be a mercenary and I'm okay with that line of work.

I had to leave inbetween... :(

Hope you can run this again in a few months.

I can't speak for anyone else involved in organizing it, but I'll certainly be thinking about running something like this in the future.
It's nice to hear that there's so much interest.

As it is now, I'm still awaiting assignment from my buyer, so I won't be running another one until that dept is paid, that's for sure.
