ive got an idea, for there to be somthing called a guild run, where 5-10 people in the same guild to a set of levels (T1, 2 or 3) together, with more enimes and longer levels :)
what you all think?

Even if you did want larger party sizes (which I'd be against), I see no good reason to make them guild-only.
You can already make them guild only. Aside from invites, you can set your party to 'Allow only guildies'.
That, and this'd call for a whole new 'formula' for the stage creation (assuming all stages are created randomly, and that making them longer would require an alteration of the 'equation' used. No-idea what I'm on about, just what I think happens) catering specifically to these guild parties.
I have nothing against guild stuff, just that this seems a little pointless.
And there's no point in making them more than 4-men parties, it's not like we're raiding in WoW.

More than 4 players in party?
One word:
LAG
First off, calling your own idea 'brilliant' makes you sound big headed.
Second, having more than 4 people in a party is probably going to cause more lag for the players involved, and will have to create whole new stages JUST FOR the guilds to run.
And finally, a little pointless seeing as you can invite your guildies on a regular 4-man party; same thing you're suggesting, just less complex and doesn't demand the creation of something entirely new made up of modified parts from already existing in the game.
TL;DR: You're asking for a bigger party size in a longer stage.
Putting it bluntly: Pointless and can already be done to an extent in regular parties.
