depth 24 creepy cobwebs
enemies: Of course spiders, infected gremlins (with pupiless white eyes), infected scuttlebots (with web all around it).
you see gremlins, constructs, wolvers, maybe knights that are all trapped in web like this:http://www.instablogsimages.com/images/2010/05/15/cocoon-emergency-shelter_3_69.jpg (with their heads sticking out) in the background.
features: web that slows you down, spider spawners, spider egg bombs, fake treasure chests
depth 25 widows woods (no jokes please)
poison themed
new spider enemy (that only appears in this level): black widow (forum link coming later)
gloaming wild woods setting
depth 26 Blistering bites
gloaming wild woods setting (with a red tone)
pretty much a fire version as widows woods (seriously no jokes)
depth 27 amethyst arachnids
a poison cross freeze level
Important: spiders do shadow damage instead of piercing in this level
and thats all i can think of for this level
depth 28 the spider queen
(the battlefield is a giant web)
Spider queens’ abilities:regular bite (combo x10),poison bite, climb up to the cieling and starts dropping spider egg bombs, evade, poison, web shot (stun), health drain
token: crystal cobweb (no JOKES!!!!)

I think it needs a little work.
For starters, on Depth 25 when you said there would be a new enemy, how about instead of having it strictly on that level, that spider was on all the levels. After all it is a spider themed world.
And I notice that you have a different damage type for each floor. (ex. One floor is poison, the next is fire) I think you should just keep it one damage type, most boss levels have just one damage type, save a few enemies that do different damage. Jelly King does piercing, vanaduke does elemental, etc.
The boss level, I dont really understand how the boss fight would work, how would we attack it if its on the ceiling, how would we see our character through the spider, after all our camera is practically the ceiling, we dont see the ceiling. This fight definitly needs revising, I like the spiderweb arena idea.
