A Whinnie the Pooh Fan of Tigger

Tiggerlver looks nothing like Tigger with her delicate pink eyes on a Crown of the Fallen. The fancy flower adds a nice feminine touch to this friendly and caring knight,as does the somehwat curvesque Drake Scale Mail,

Her purple-pink dusky canteen and dusky valkyrie wings match exceedingly well and the ghostly aura finiishes off this chic costume. It's understated yet ultracool, and you'll enjoy meeting up with her as she bounces around our Haven.

Great Scott! That's an amazing number of awesome outfits!

Greatscot chose his ingame name for 2 reasons: His real name Scott, and he's a fan of that iconic phrase used by Doc in Back to the Future.

The Dragon Princess first noticed this costume connoisseur while he was wearing this somewhat simple but artfully conceived outfit, designed to compliment his personal green color. A heavy (gray) party hat sits atop a gray fractured mask of seerus, while his armor is the gray fencing jacket with a green leafy aura.

An inquiry concerning further possible costumes yielded this treasure trove of trendy yet tasteful looks.

#2 features a brilliantly white Blizzbreaker helm and armor, made even whiter by a crown and crest of winter as well as a snowfall aura. A prismatic cat tail and prismatic valkyrie wings, not to mention the prismatic party blowout, make this a spectacular outfit.

#3 is a classic cat-look possessed by many of the long-time players. It makes use of one of the "pajamas" set, in this case Chaos, to which has been added glasses, vents, a tail, a cute vita kit, and an especially ultraposh twilight aura.

#4 is similar to the Chaos set, but done with a violet Rose set.

#5 Scott exchanges his cloaked-cat look for a more streamlined flying rabbit(?) appearance. This one was accomplished by combining a golden bombhead with extra vertical vents and a golden proto(?) armor with golden regal bomb bandolier and dragon wings.

#6 is one of the ugliest gender-benders the Dragon Princess has ever had the misfortune of viewing. She refuses to say how it was done to stave off any attempts at imitating this sick look.

#7 shown here from the front show an Ice Queen set with its cool goggles and extra vertical vents and canteen, while the back view shows us the military plume and cool cat tail.

#8 combines his green color with the greenish-blue military colors. His fused demo helm has 3 military accessories: pipe, vertical vents, and mohawk, while his boosted plate mail has a military bomb bandolier and military wolver tail.

#9 makes use of a popular combination as it matches the regal Radiant Silvermail with a regal spiral demo helm. The helm as seen from the front has regal vertical vents, regal round shades, and a crown of summer. The armor as seen from the back has a crest of summer, regal vitakit, prismatic cat tail and sunshine aura.

#10 One final fancy costume features the pink jelly helm equipped with fancy extra vertical vents and a fancy mustache. His armor is the purple-hued spiral scale mail with a fancy bomb bandolier and fancy dragon wings.

The Dragon princess applauds the aplomb of this master costume crafter for the time and money spent. Who knew a compliment paid to a random stranger in a Haven would reveal an arsenal so tumescent with ultrachic outfits.

A surge out fit with the Tailed Helm and Surge Raiment, featuring the new and awesome hacked aura, along with prismatic dragon wings and a surge parrying blade.

I Love Vogue has several other voguish outfits seen here - one with a volcanic flower! Her boyfriend - Greatscot - and another friend can be seen her hanging out together in Haven. Say "Hi" next time you see this fashionable couple together.

The Spiralknightz Are in the Clockworks

And what more appropriate name for a clockworks fighter than Timeclock? He likes to have fun and cut up a lot - not sure if he meant jokes or monsters. But with his intense orange spiral eyes, he makes quite an impression.

His first look features a daring and orginal Heavenly Guardian Helm with divine glasses and a surge toupee. This is matched with a Heavenly Guardian Armor with divine valkyrie wings and a flame aura.

His second look uses the same armor, but paired with a Dread Skelly Mask with a divine halo. Quite intimidating!

His third look shows off the Almirian Crusader helm and armor featuring two of the most coveted surge items - the hacked aura and a surge toupee.

The Dragon Princess nearly jumped out of her scales when she saw this handsome vision . Here he has on Dragon Scale Mail with volcanic dragon wings, volcanic crest, and a flame aura. His Dragon Scale Helm has heavy round shades, a volcanic halo, and volcanic com unit.

Blueknighter also has an awesome all-surge oufit comprised of a Surge Crescent helm with surge plume in back, surge mecha wings, and a surge bolted vee. His armor is the Surge Brigandine with a surge bomb bandolier and surge wings. these colors just look so voguish together.

Just My Cup of Tea

Annetea is rumored to actually be bacon flavored, although Mawashimono would have guessed more of a minty herbal blend.

Her look is a posh crimson and turquoise accented with a pleasing aroma of earl grays. It is achieved with an Emberbreak Helm to which she has attached a fancy scarf, primsatic glow-eyes, a crown of winter, and fancy vertical vents. Her sleek Surge Breaker Armor (no connection to the latest promotional surge items) has a military cat tail here in back and a military canteen.

Mawashimono flaps her wings in approval of these stylish looks.

Recently several costume hats have been introduced into our world as promotional cross-overs with other games.

One of these is the tricorne - a style of hat that was popular during the 18th century. It was worn as civilian dress and as part of military and naval uniforms, as well as pirate captains. Johnny Depp wore one in the Pirates of the Carribean movies.

Another new one is a new medeival helmet. The game already had a proto sallet, which was a war helmet that was common In Europe, and the cobalt variations. The newest one resembles this kind of helmet.

Another is the Shogun war helmet. The often had a large golden maedate attached to the front. (See this post in this thread for more on the origin of this decoration.) These helmets were often worn with a mask which had a mustache affixed to the front. Kudos to the SK designers for this new red Kabuto with its goldent maedate, and to St-Leone for adding the regal mustache to achieve this demonic Shogun look. In addition, his accessories include a toasty long feather and toasty mecha wings. The Vog Cub Coat which serves as his armor has a toasty parrying blade, toasty (NOT the more common volcanic)wings, and a flame aura.

The final new addition is a golden laurel , which is an accessory rather than a costume piece, and can actually be worn on the tricorne hat. While many of the games helms cannot accomodate the laurel, the Dragon Princess noticed that it looked especially good on Dragon Helms and jelly or mercurial featureless helms.

Everything Went Better Than Expected

Ewbte, with her sleepy orange eyes and very short stature, is the diminutive Russian darling of the Echo of Silence guild.

Her first costume makes use of her Spiral Cuirass proto armor to which she has attached a military cat tail, military barrel belly, and a green leafy aura. The off white grayish color of her Fused Demo Helm with its military vertical vents matches perfectly, creating a feral feline of the forest.

Her other main look shows how well the recent golden laurels fit around the brim of a stranger hat. The Divine hat matches the white Heavenly Guardian Armor as does her huge powerful white sword, which the Dragon Princess has seen first hand come crashing down to devestating effect.

That humongous sword on the tiny and very friendly player makes for a fun contrast. She's quite a good party player, so invite her on your next danger mission if you need some help.

Harry Potter Surges to Life

The Dragon Princess recently came across what is perhaps the most imaginative use for surge gear yet. Philosophers of Stonehenge believe Rommil snuck into a Chamber of Secrets after escaping from a self-imposed imprisonment from Azkaban. Rommil then stole a the Goblet of Fire from the Order of the Phoenix and used it to craft this most revered of fictional characters.

The final result, shown here, involved the use of a Brute jelly Helm with a surge toupee and surge glasses set atop a Surge Cloak to achieve this uncanny resemblance to the Hero of Hogwarts himself.

Bravo, Harry, erm, Rommil. The Dragon princess looks forward to the next release of new gear to see what this master tailor will cobble together next.

Ebony Dragon

Ebenholzdrache has put together a spectacular (and spectacularly expensive) hallow costume that the Dragon Princess was floored by.

His name means Ebony Dragon in English, and we can see the black part of his dragonish Hallow Scale Helm with its hallow mecha wings and prismatic halo. Matching the glow of his halo is his orange spiral prismatic glow eyes - a pefect choice for the colors of this costume.

Hallow wings make a nice accessory for nearly any hallow armor. and it gives this Hallow Plate Mail an especially rakish look, as does the jaunty hallow parrying blade and the always amazing twilight aura - the time of day all trick-or-treaters look forward to.

This outfit is not quite so expensive to make if you subsititue the twilight aura with a haunted one, and change that prismatic aura to perhaps a volcanic one (still a bit pricy, i know, but perhaps an even better choice).

Anyways, one of the finest Halloween outfits we've seen. Bravo!

The Return of Suggil

This long-time player showed up as a woodsy warrior after finally getting his long-sought after prismatic belly barrel.

The barrel is attached to a "barrely" visible Vitasuit Plus wich can also be seen to be sporting a barely visible haevy vitakit, and swag prismatic wolver tail snuggled into a leafy aura.

Up top Sluggil has a Heavy Demo Helm with preismatic mecha wings, a toasty maedate and prismatic dapper combo. Even the glowing green and brown shield add to the forresty ambience of this great look.

Zenki Claus

Here's Zenki wearing the Impostoclaus Hat and Winterfest Coat. The hat has a pipe with smoke rising from it while the coat has a snow-falling aura, as best as I can tell. It looks spectacular in person.

Erridunno has magical Frost hood and Cloak to create this look. He has a crown of winter and frost vertical vents on the hood while the cloak has shiny white frosty wings and a snowfall aura, which glows in a shape of a snowflake which becomes just barely visible at its brightest moment. Try standing in the darkened doorway of a Training Hall to see it better.

Lightyourfire is showing off his wintry wear with Frosty Scale helm decorated with a cool wide vee, a frosty com unit, and a cool pipe. Going for a dragon/wolver crossover look, he's wearing a Frosty Fur Coat with a frosty parrying blade in front, and a cool cat tail and cool dragon wings in back, all frosted over by a snowfall aura.

Pichali has created a spikey icy look by attaching a military ribbon, frosty glasses, and frosty vertical vents to his Frosty Scale Helm. His Frosty Scale mail has various outcroppings from the frost bomb bandolier, frosty wings, and military wolver tail. Overall a very supercool and snappy look.

Hollows hits another high note of fashion with her very appropriate frosty Ice Queen Crown, to which she has equipped frosty glasses, a crown of winter, and a frosty scarf. Her Frosty Raiment fits the queen motif and features a frosty parrying blade, frosty wings, and a snowfall aura.

Ghosterz went all in on this gleaming white outfit. Her(?) Frosty Tailed helm is loaded with a crown of winter, frosty com unit, frosty glasses, and a frosty scarf. The glowing ghostly look continues with Frosty Draped Armor, and her personal blue color looks fabulous in the prismatic portion of this fashionable armor. She has attached a crest of winter, frosty wings, and a snowfall aura.

Beeutea's personal blue color matches so well with the frosty outfits. Her Frosty Scale Helm honors all frost dragon with its crown of winter and frosty ribbon, whicler her Frosty Draped Armor shows off frosty wings and a crest of winter. And love those starry blue eyes!

Dragons On Parade

For a long time I ran around in either my Radiant Silvermail [sunshine aura, regal canteen, regal wings], which is dragon line but has not a matching helm, and a Heavenly Iron Helm [prismatic glow-eyes, cool mohawk] lwhich I usually fought in and so dubbed my Dragon Warrior look.

or in my Dragon Princess costume [volcanic halo, prismatic glow-eys, golden laurel, hallow plume; pumpkin bomb bandolier, heavy dragon wings, flame aura].

During the darker light of the halloween event, I started mixing the dragon helm with the radiant silvermail to create this extremely shiny look, which I think of as my Radiant Dragon.

One other dragonish-looking look is my Arcane Salamander outfit, which I refer to as my Arcane Enchantress [arcane halo, dusky plume, fancy parrying blade, prismatic dragon wings, snowfall aura].

So today I created my newest character look - The Frosty Dragon Queen [Frosty Scale helm with divine halo, frosty ribbon and frosty round shades; Frosty Scale Mail with divine dragon wings, snowfall aura, winter crest].

I don't usually like to put expensive accessories on costume gear becasue they can never be sold or traded, but I made an extravagant exception here to console myself over the loss of my true love, The Dragon King.

A Blue Ninja in Purple and Grey

Blueninjax looks spectacular in his newly acquired Heavenly Iron Helm with its prismatic glow-eyes and matching cool mohawk. This helm looks great with the Chaos Cloak and its purplish dusky sided blade and dusky wolver tail.

It has a powerful, compact look in a stylish duo-tones.

Duo-toned Sluggil

Sluggil has managed to capture very similar looks in different color schemes.

The first look was made by accessorizing a Heavy Demo Helm with a divine dapper combo, divine maedate, and divine helm guards. This is matched with a Vitasuit Deluxe that has on it a divine barrel belly, divine wolver tail, prismatic vitakit, and a hacked aura (unfortunately not so visible in this pic).

The second look makes use of the same helm and armor and all the same accessories but in different colors. This time the helm is equipped with a prismatic dapper combo, toasty maedate, and prismatic mecha wings, while the vitiasuit has on it a prismatic barrel belly, prismatic wolver tail, heavy vitakit, and a green leafy aura.

Not too many player would dare to create two matching looks of such creativity and cost, but Sluggil has risen (or sunk, depending on your fashion tastes) to new heights (or lows).
