For the love of lulz...
Call me a terrible person, but whenever I see a kid like this I can't help myself. I simply HAVE to troll the absolute bazinga out of him until he ends up rage quitting and ignoring me. That way, everyone there gets their lolz for the day and I never have to see him again XD
My favourite line to use when he starts spamming racial slurs at me is "somebody needs a hug <(^_^)>". Works every time (results may vary)
