What about in a guild, you can make missions by putting levels together and choosing prizes(prestige, some other stuff). That would be something that would make the guild hall more popular.

It'd be very difficult to program I assume, but you can make a 1-Time-Use level that has a low payout and costs (250-Tier 1, 500-Tier 2, 1000-Tier 3) crowns to make:
Every level would need to be Clockwork Tunnel, as those are probably the least complex in the game.
You pick the theme and monster types that would appear.
It costs 10 energy to do, like other clockworks' levels.

So, I think that this could work, but in different terms.
Bluebrawler is repeating past activity which provoked the community to hate him.
Hiding and repeating the same obnoxious behavior does not excuse the first series of behavior.
