It's been 2 MONTHS since I've got the Crimson Hammer expansion and till now after 3 emails, 2 in-game mails (1 support, 1 billing support) and a posting in Technical Issues, my paid account is still sharing mist energy with my free account.
GM Thalia replied to my email stating that indeed there's an issue with paid status with regards to this problem on 7th April and since then I've replied that the problem still not solved.
Your action? NONE. Your reply? NONE.
So this what I get for reasonably and patiently waiting for you to help solve my issue? You've taken a good man for a push-over and denied him 6k mist energy that he can deservedly use.
