Exact times or even times within the hour of auctions would be good to know, I can't tell you how many times I've lost auctions because I misinterpreted the end time.

That information is a powerfull tool (auction sniping). Everytime someone has brought it up, you'd hear a couple of NOs.

if you want to add exact time
if you want to add exact time to auctions, you also should want to add "your maximum bid" option, like on ebay.
only with this feature it will be fair, otherwise not.
