Sorry guys, no progress here. I'm either just..

1. Not sure what to do or still confused in some parts.
2. Too lazy. Been stuck with blank images on my head.
3. Appearantly not interested. (best hope for it isn't what i really think)

Since Intentions by Artifice was hibernated, I've been looking for decent stories to put my rolecasting skills on, but here... ye have to somewhat design yer own character without looking through the story, as I thought it'll be canonial to the game(?).

Guess I'm still bad at doing things. x.x

Career History:
Born on board the Skylark to Richard Lupenburg and Penelope Wright. Officially volunteered at age of 14. Skylark crashed, parents deceased at this point. Did missions for research teams after disappearance of Alpha Squad. Deserted to an unknown location after reaching Knight Elite. Brought back to Haven after two months. Interrogation yet to be held.

Notable Characteristics:
-Cooperative soldier.
-Worked negotiations with Emberlight before an alliance with rebel Gremlin faction.
-Skilled in the use of firearms.
-"Gifted" in terms of intellect.
-Promising in terms of becoming a future Squad Guardian.

Well, from what I've counted so far, and I might be a few off, but we seem to have 17 people on this forum. HURRRRRRRRAY!
I hope more people come, and because of this, we might need to make the maximum people amount around 20.

They sort of did... The Guild Halls can be entire houses because they added Wardrobes, Beds, chairs.... That stuff.

But I need LOTS of help. My Guild Upkeep is 25,000 Per week. ._. Donations would be appreciated. Sorry to beg guys.

Culling the Guilds.

I have a feeling a lot of small guilds are going to die. D: Unless people band together into common guilds the new upkeep costs are going to force people out. Like me. (not out of the game, just out of the guild.)
EDIT: Actually this depends on whether the basic guild with no upgrades costs anything. I like that plants and chairs have no upkeep... so maybe just the basic 2 rooms also have no upkeep?

Each Expansion=MORE Upkeep

I was planning on adding wardrobes and chairs and beds.... It takes LOTS of crowns, and I think this sucks now. This update was bitter-sweet. Sweet with all the COOL stuff now, but bitter because it costs SOOOO many crowns. What am I gonna do?! It took me forever just to get THIS week's Upkeep!

Aye Aye Aye, maybe someone should tell the programmers to at least lower the prices to half?

What happens if no Upkeep?

What exactly happens if your upkeep isn't paid? Do they delete your guild? Or do they do something where you can't go to the Guild Hall until expenses are paid?

Some IDIOT in my Guild spent ALL of our Treasury Crowns to buy furniture. We were at 55k- Now we're at 4,000. This sucks: especially since they decided to do this the 1 DAY that is EXACTLY before Upkeep day.

My Guild is in Default. But forget that :D I know lots of friends who'd probably want me to join theirs anyways. Plus, I'm sure we'll come through.
As for you Calebos, thanks :3 You're a nice person. But the person who bought all the stuff knows not to without my permission and I also set a few rules so people don't go changing the Guild Hall how THEY like.

Attempting to retake this thread

Here is my attempt at a dossier for Arvad in an effort to redirect this thread back to RP.

Name: Arvad

Personal History:

As a young Knight, Arvad had potential and advanced through the ranks quickly. Though tenacious and full of ambition, his mouth landed him in more than one altercation with both fellow Knights and Superiors. One particular disagreement with his commander over orders Arvad felt were unjust landed him a demotion and a reassignment to the Skylark's engine room as an apprentice engineer. Though skilled and knowledgable in mechanics, Arvad made it clear that he intended to prove himself as a fighter again. This did little to ingratiate him with his new superior officers, and there was little chance of advancement in his current position.

After the Skylark crashed, it became clear that all skilled fighters would be needed to explore the clockworks. Reluctantly, Command reinstated Arvad as a Soldier. Despite his tongue, Arvad shows a natural talent as a leader, and has recently been promoted and allowed to command a small squad in a few expeditions. Arvad's relationship with Command remains a concern.

Skills:

---Swordsmanship: Highly proficient

---Marksmanship: Proficient

---Explosives: Can correctly identify the definition of the word 'explosive' 3/4 times on standardized testing, given sufficient notice and time to study

---Mechanics: Skilled, but little interest

---Leadership: Promising, with time, experience, and especially discipline.

Kaijuhunter, If your mother died when you were nine, that means that you've been on Cradle for at least 11 years. The Skylark did not crash 11 years ago. Cradle is a brand new unexplored planet. Try to keep things consistent.
