Since I am lazy with using the search tool, I really want to know what the status is for a couple of things:
Real PvP? Like 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, and Capture the Flag?
When you prestige, shouldn’t you be given something for making a commitment on Spiral Knights? (Mist Tank, 1 UV Ticket, etc.)
And since Crimson Hammer was a success, why not make another boss OOO?
Console-Friendly Spiral Knights? (Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo Gaming Systems, etc.)
Any word on NEW weapons and/or armor?
Yet you bumped my thread, not that I can complain. Since you obviously saw the thread you must have noticed the index of stuff in other threads, including over a dozen bosses, expansions, equipment ideas, and several other rebalancing and updating threads.
The point of prestige is to be a visible form of achievement, not give rewards; seeing as the wealthy are able and willing to buy all the daily prestige delivery items and have the energy/elevator pass to do the mission, giving rewards for high prestige would make non-premium and the less wealthy even more disappointed.
Theoretically Lockdown is something all players can enjoy because bombs, guns, swords and all three classes playable in Lockdown works. A 1v1 mode would be completely lost on anyone not playing as a skolver striker unless said mode completely altered the mechanics of everything. Same applies, to a certain degree, to Capture the Flag, though a few bombers spamming haze bombs around their own flag would help out and recons could theoretically be good flag-cappers if allowed to hide with the flag.
