You did a good job with a lot of the descriptions, although I don't find your protagonist particularly likeable. We'll see if your main man gets a bit better once he's woken up a bit and isn't late. XD
The wolver pajamas made me giggle a little. Really.

Question- which mission should the protagonists be doing for their exam?
A: defeat the demonic, newly raised-and-more-powerful Legion of almire
B: tame the wild snarbolax
C: come up with your own mission! You ahould describe it as best you can, and if its a whole new thing with whole new enemies, please explain the powers of the new monsters. OR, you can even make them have to take on a special ops mission, like taking down a mafia or something.

Let's see...
Taking their current gear into account, I'd say they can do better than simply taming a Snarbolax. Maybe a number of female Snarbolaxes have been howling signals of distress and it turns out that something had happened to their pups? Maybe a new predator has been targetting the pups for food? What if this predator is actually slightly smaller than an average Snarbolax, but is even more agressive? Oh, and it could be quadruped, fighting with vicious claws and a long, whiplike tail with spikes? It could have a dark fur colour, and it could probably hunt in packs. How about that idea?
