Not very well known, but few known faces went out from it, including Xxishxx.
A tribute to fallen guilds
/sigh Phantom you can't blame artist it's not like everyone listens to him. And really it's not like Art totally despises you. You were the one that started this whole fiasco when you started trolling back when pow still spammed TV. And then you say in another thread that you'll wage war on artist. And yet on another thread you threaten Aegis Team, and all Art does is defend it. So stop blaming it on Art. Wow I wonder how many more times I'll have to rant on you?
Seemed to die off for me, and then I became guildless for a long while. Loose Gear has been treating me good.
Hippie Drum Circle has been dead pretty much, yes. Two prominent members left to other guilds when we started being less active, due to lack of interest or other games. But we've gotten back into the swing of things and will prolly be around randomly, albeit we always have been a very small guild, that somehow gained notoriety haha. We've been around since a lil after Steam release, and it's been a long time to do what things SK has to offer though.
It's very interesting, and unfortunate, to see so many prominent guilds that have plain died out though.
R.I.P. < DWW > Dances with Wolver
Over time with new games coming out and not much in the way of new content or progression here in SK I started to find the guild more of a side project rather then a focus. Not feeling like I was providing the necessary leadership I turned over GM and remained a vet untill I logged one day and realized I diddnt know anyone any more save a few loyal hanger-ons that I am grateful to have known.

@njthug/aedium/whoever else
Oh my god, Clockwork Armada. I completely forgot about that guild! Now I finally remember where I know Aedium from :P I officered for that guild, and was eventually offered a GM position before joining Echo of Silence back in...june 2011? Haha, it didn't live long, but it was nice to have done levels together. And yeah, I think quite a few of us left for EoS :)
(can't believe I read that post only just now)
Late 2011, I left EoS to help my friend Sarari found a guild called Lux e Tenebris. Unfortunately, my efforts fell short (partially due to some crazily overselective recruiting policy I had). Some friends moved to Echo of Silence, and some to other guilds. I do believe Aureate, Crossproduct, and Razor-Dash are still in the officer team.
I eventually left Lux e Tenebris for The Jempire, which is nowhere close to dying. The place is incredibly hyperactive, it's hard to imagine it dying in any sense of the word.
Oh, and RIP Clockwork Armada. Also, Echo of Sausage. I never see Waterby around anymore.
Things happened outside of SK and escalated into a power struggle in Guild, which ultimately led to his being permanently removed. Prior to that he kicked pretty much everyone for no good reason. It's sad, but that's the way things go.
I'm alive and kicking! All hail the sausage! It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together. May the sausage be with you, always.
@Etendue The Clockwork Armada, didn't expect my old guild to come up then, albeit I killed the thing xD
I demand recognition for the SGA. Unless it's already come up because I really didn't read any of the other posts because I'm lazy or something like that, guess it comes from being EoS. But yeah Spiral Gods Alliance.
*pwong!*
Oov is ce-revived à la Jempire style!
Yea I heard july zerg was re-inviting =0
Buckaroo Banzai
Was an awesome PvE guild,it was so active, died after 3 of their skilled players left (Lyndon,Mold,Poot) and most officers are busy with their lifes
Sativa
Seriously what the hell everyone, they're one of the most feared guild in LD!And now nobody remembers them -____-
Reign of Chaos
I haven't seen much RoCs lately, don't know what happened to them, and they don't do GLD much like they used to
Guild
Too famous,nuff said
Finesse/Apathy
They're the best guild at LD and PvE!Too bad most left and quitted :(
Grundel Warriors
They have awesome teamwork at GLD,not really dead, just preety inactive due to everyone has a life
Wolfpack Party
Haven't seen them alot lately, and most of the members are combospammers now in LD
@Entropize
Wolfpack party are no where near dead we have heaps of active members.
@Hollafamer
I had no idea so many guild had died. Brought a tear to my eye hearing how some of the guilds were split up.
I remember around 6 months ago, when I first started SK, I was invited to a Guild called the Rejects. I have been trying to find them but from the looks of things I believe that they are also dead.
The Clockwork Renegades.... best guild I've ever been in. They aren't gone, but I will say they aren't the same guild they were in their glory days. Becs said it right, we weren't a huge guild, but it was home all the same. To any former guildies who I haven't been in touch with recently, well, ya'll know how it was. :P
Immo
cool story bro am i supposed to know any names here?
Keeping this thread alive!
pfft screw all these guilds. Church of Steve is where its at yo!!!
the guild i'm in (black death) is dead
well u forgot the guild Hunter X Hunter
the guild master Kurapika went inactive for a very long time so most ppl just left it
now he's more active though so the guild is getting reborn
no insult to u kura
I've noticed one thing about this thread... all the great legends of this game... or at least most of them... (including good members of disbanded legendary guilds) all went to EoS or Jemps. Makes their guild pretty OP don't ya think?
And YES, I'm bumping an old thread that still needs some updating I think.
Lux e Tenebris, latin for "Light out of darkness", the most amazing guild of all time imo. Died about a year ago, the community was amazing, but the leadership slowly slipped away and stopped playing. This is my final goodbye and tribute to Lux e Tenebris, a legend made up of legends!
@Deanl Eos and jempire are considered as "Retirement centers" no offense :3
I recently returned to SK after a 1 year hiatus.
The first guild I was part of, "Red Bull" was ranked quite well in BN, and we were 6rh or 7th on LD for the first few weeks it came out.
Our GM, Monstermarioyoshi, is still active, although I don't know which guild he's a part of now.
I rather hate you for bumping this. It's sad as hell to see all these players I looked up to as a little noob in 2011 who have since moved on's posts.
Excuse me, but who are you to say so? I do take offense in your comment.
I'm an EoS member, and it is by no means a retirement center.
Is it the last guild for most of us? Sure yes, but only because it is great.
That doesn't mean we are inactive, boring old farts.
I once Owned a guild "Skolver Masters"
But nobody joined and i gave up in some point.
so i left and it fell...:d
and feyi feyi lol
Sadly, Regin of Chaos has died.... Meida and Peepa are rarely playing recently.
The Fallen, one of the best EU guilds, has fallen too. Not sure why it happened, people suddenly got inactive, and some quit the game, 'twas sad. ._.
Ten Thousand Fists is dreadfully inactive, where The-Dragon-Child, Shinigami-Angel and Spykil are the only active people.
I didn't see anyone from Supr Alt Ctrl for a while, only Sauferkaar plays LD sometimes.
These are recent ones that came to my mind
@Venomousbiohazard, didn't your momma ever teach you to respect your elders?

...there's one more to the pile. My guild. Lightning.
Pratically deserted because Artistbma ruined it. So now it's a stupid title for me.
