Hi i'm here to show some of my thoughts :
1)Cutters and its line should have 2 blades since its clear to all that it is impossible to move that fast in reality
2)Maybe you could add something like pets to the knights and the pets(clockwork monsters) could assist the knights like healing, adding damage, adding defense or even adding movement speed

1) Maybe it's clear to you but this doesn't make sense unless you're talking about dual-wielding, and I hope you aren't talking about dual-wielding. By the way, a lot of things in this game can't happen in real life. The fact that the entire planet is a machine comes to mind.

1) Cutters are fast already, no need for a super sonic sword which will have a full bar of piercing.

@Benightz, Something seems off about you... Anyways, he didn't ask to change them to piercing, I have no idea where you got that.
@OP, As long as they aren't going faster than the speed of light through a vacuum, yes they can. Also, this isn't reality.

2/ Pets have been suggested countless times before and never had any response other than the Monster Pocket accessory. Healing is a world-renown "not gunna happen" and mspd is still in its experimental stages; they refuse to change the current mspd sets or add trinkies for it until they're happy.
