Just found this on Wasteworks (Mechanized Mile) at Depth 19.

When approached, the Gremlins spawned. The small room of stacked blocks were led down a conveyor belt, which then led over fire grates that presumably acted as an incinerator. In the blocks to the left and right of the small room, some contained Scuttlebots.

Yup, seems like there have been some new level implemented on the sly recently. The conveyor belt's been around for a while, but this specific room is wholly new. I have a screenshot (well, my friend does) of the room spawning Scuttlebots on a Construct level. He's also got a few new screenshots of poison slime rooms with green goo around the place. I don't think they're so much as Scenario Rooms, as new normal rooms added into the mix.

I've seen this room a couple of times over the past few weeks, so I can't pin down exactly which update might have delivered it.

Edit: Trying informs me that he saw this room "months ago". He opines that it is simply rare.
