Will be doing stories for anyone and everyone that wants a story/ wants to be in a story! Accepting commisions for stories, will also happily make back stories for any item, person, or being of Spiral Knights!

If anyone hasn't seen my works, my most recent was the back story of the GM Aphrodite:

Just for the fun of it...

Just a suggestion, take it or leave it...

How about writing a story from a monster's point of view (as Dreath and Tevo did). Any monster you like.

What I actually wanted was more like an Almirian soldier's point of view, or maybe a phantom's.

I did see it, and I have to say, the story was pretty nice, although your over-emphasis on no profanities do inhibit your writing. (Just say hound from hell. I believe our audience is mature enough for those words.)

I would've made the story a lot more gruesome, per se, but I wasn't sure what the SK audience's view would be on it.
I could tell that it inhibited my writing quite a bit, when I look back on it I see that I could've done a lot better. I actually do have a copy of the original (more violent) story saved on my computer, but I had to rewrite it, as I entered it in a contest, and wasn't quite sure what the censorship for the contest would be.

Almirian soldier... hmmmm. Good idea, but I might try something more unique with a less well known character, such as the villain from Legion of Almire.

Didn't have a lot of time

Didn't have a lot of time today, was busy with a pre-med college exam, was a massive thing.

Anyway, here's the start of it! I'll have to publish in sections due to limited time (so sorry).

Prologue

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thump. Thump. Thump.
The old peg-legged ex-Ranger limped slowly up the marble staircase; gnarled, wooden staff thumping rhythmically in one hand, a large bag slung casually over his shoulder, and a massive, ancient leather-bound book in his other hand. His pure white hair shone with an almost divine light, and for a moment he looked like a godly figure, as he hobbled through the entrance and into the Hall of Heroes. The two Vanguards standing guard moved to block his way, but he slammed both on the head with two quick strokes of his staff. Unconscious, they slumped on the floor. The man then hobbled slowly across the red carpet to the shrine in the middle of the room. A giant sword, bolted in place, resided in the glass case in front of him.
This blade, in fact, was the blade crafted by the Master Smith Bechamel and given to the first queen of Isora, Queen Desna, and used during the Great War of 2973 against Lord Vanaduke and the Trojan Army. Desna, having successfully slayed Vanaduke with the heavy sword, returned home in glory. From then on, the blade was passed on from generation to generation of the rules of Isora. Finally, after 100 years of use in battle, the massive blade was blessed, and given a home in a shrine of honor.
Smiling, the elderly Ranger took a moment to pay his respects to the blade, then promptly smashed the case. Tiny shards of glass flew everywhere, as the staff came back for a second blow against the thick glass. Lifting the heavy blade with his old but muscular hands with ease, he slung it over his back, then hobbled back out the way he came.
Stopping at the foot of the stairs of the building, the old man pulled out 2 vials:one containing a flame soul, and one containing rock oil. Carefully, he poured the rock oil over the flame soul, then quickly closed the container. Taking careful aim, he threw the vial into the entrance of the building.
He strolled down the path, whistling merrily to himself, as the building right behind him exploded.
