Here and here you can read, that the 150 Member Limit Expansion is available when you purchase rooms in both 1F wings, however, I can't see it anywhere. How can I buy it or are those information false?

The info is wrong. I know I had the option to buy it when I was at one 2F wing. I happen to have removed the 2F wing today to reduce the upkeep and I just checked and I don't have the 150 Member Upgrade option anymore. So it unlocks at one 2F wing not two 1F wings.
