some stuff that i though would be useful

rearragne anything in arsenal by drag n' dropping like you would with a windows 7 taskbar
voice chat any time to anyone (you would have to request it and they have to agree)
be able to inspect anyone in your guild (just through the guild list) that has a rank below yours if you are a officer or guild master, you won't be able to their weapons and armour if they they don't have full inspect checked , but you can see their rank , stars (fully) and what bosses they have killed and how many times , be really helpful when ranking people up
have a sort feature in the arsenal that sort everything by their damage per minute , fastest to slowest , alphabatic , what time you got them and their stars
be able to see your learnt recipes without going to a alhecmy machine
be able to buy all your mats through alhecmy machines ( they give you the cheapest buys of that mats in the acution house and refreshs on demand)
be able to offer to buy stuff in the auction house and not just sale stuff (for example i could leave 500k (of course for a fee just like you were selling something) in a auction house for some dragon wings and anyone who can pay the price gets it)
auction house on all subtowns and major boss lobbys
the party search button searchs for all boss all possible missions to join and not just the ones for your rank , but use a filter to filter out a boss mission or several boss missions or a tier or a depth
be able to read mail with the auction house window open
invite everyone online button
be able to buy boss token and krogmo coins for 5000cr each from Bulky (for the desperate or rich)

These "minor" suggestions are anything but minor.
I would also go EDIT and do a spell check over a few words. This forum is notoriously famous at focusing the problem somewhere else.

That's just lazy. Go to the AH and select the tab labeled "My Recipes."

You shouldn't be able to randomly join parties out of your rank. You also can't join parties in odd stratums due to their higher payout. You can already join boss parties.

1. The arsenal is sorted using certain methods, so implementing dragging and dropping isn't a small job. I would rather see more options for sorting, such as by name, etc, or have a "hideable" group, which was mentioned elsewhere on these forums.

2. Not many games have voice chat, simply because it's easier for players just to manage voice chat using 3rd party software. If OOO created some sort of voice chat system, I doubt it would be more intuitive that 3rd party programs. If you need to contact a random ingame, use text. Even though permission is given, we don't need people screaming down other's throats. (I've heard quite a few issues arise from steam players using the chat system)

3. This was mentioned in Severage's thread.

4. The DPS and speed of weapons is not stored ingame. It's calculated upon attacking, but the actual number isn't stored anywhere, so this won't work. Alphabetic, yes. You can already sort by stars, I believe it's called "natural" (i think). What time you got a weapon hasn't been written on the server, so it wouldn't be retroactive.

5. Press F5.

6. This would probably be helpful, but it would be very quirky... how many auctions would it display? What if the cheapest for that item were a bunch of 100 and you only wanted 1? You'd still have to run to the Auction House.

7. Contacting auction hosting players ingame is an interesting idea, although it has been discussed before i dont recall the result of those discussions. Maybe there could be a checkbox called "anonymously auction" that is checked by default, but if you uncheck it, it displays your name next to the item?

8. Curious... definitely on subtowns, maybe to lobbies and terminals...

9. The party finder is rather hopeless as it is. There have been a couple threads asking for it to be improved, so a yes to this.

DPS depends on monster/stratum. You can't compare weapons so easily. Plus Vog/SSB/trinkets/etc will affect it.

That's already possible, but it is admittedly a bit screwy. You must double click fast on the message you want to read, and then scroll back up because once it opens it puts the scroll bar at the bottom of your mail list.

There are too many factors (ASI, DvI, CTR, ect.) involved in those that if it were really implemented, you'd end up with inaccurate stats (*cough*Gran Faust*cough*).

Voice chat is a bonus service provided by Steam clients; OOO is not directly responsible for it. Since you have to have a Steam client to use voice chat, you can simply start a voice chat with the other person using the Steam overlay.

Tokens are supposed to be a reward system for players who spend time playing the game, it's not to give rich players yet another thing to throw their money at.

You never need to invite 20 people at once. The 20 people are bound to get annoyed of it, if only because 17 of them won't be able to join.
