Now that the Gremlin Spy is finished, I'm currently making plans for the next story and the extra features (yes, including some achievements). So, please be patient, and hopefully I'll get these plans completed in time.

If you have read The Gremlin Spy, you will notice that occasionally, we will be having bonus rounds instead of usual chapters. Bonus rounds are usually laid back, and they're mainly for fun. Some bonus rounds are specially made to decide crucial decisions. They also offer a wider sense of possibility.
Things to note:
1. Bonus rounds can be made purely for fun!
2. They can decide the ultimate turn of the storyline.
3. They let the players get more interactive with the story, compared with ordinary chapters.

Bonus Round ideas...hm.
I really enjoyed the one where you gave the ability for us to pick our idea of what the character would do next, and then what would possibly happen after that. It gives a sense of creative license to us, and I really think it'd be cool to implement every once in a while.
Overall, I enjoyed all the bonus rounds - you did a good job working through them. If I happen to think of anything more later, I'll add it in. :)

Now's the time to vote again! For now, we have three stories up for voting, and one of them is going to be your gateway to the next adventure! Each of them has their own unique storylines which will lead you to different adventures, so pick according to your own preferences. But be careful what you wish for, and choose wisely! (As usual, pick only one choice.)
I. Lost in Time
There was once an elevator which has stationed itself in the Town Square of Haven... until it mysteriously disappears. Was it gone for good, or is there a trick at work? Discover the secrets of an unknown being, and unravel the mysteries of Cradle through the past and future!
II. Rise of the Legion
Strange cases of disappearing knights are increasing tremendously, and there have been reports of Trojan troops invading the Clockworks. Are these happenings related at all? Facing a certain danger for the very first time, will anyone be safe from the forces of destruction?
III. Another Favour
The second anniversary of the knights’ arrival to Cradle is coming soon, and Biscotti appears to have bumped into trouble again. Do you have what it takes to save the grand party of the Spiral Order from propelling itself towards total havoc yet again?

It better be past AND future. I hated those books where you have two completely separate adventures that don't affect each other...

I'm really sorry Burakou-Shadow, but I would have to cancel your vote. After the result is posted, any votes cast after that will not be counted. So Rise of the Legion will still receive the majority vote as it had.
Remember that the rest of the stories that are not voted up may still get a chance for another voting session! I'll put both of them on queue (you can take a look at the main post), with the priorities shown in descending order.
Due to the unexpected increase of audience the story may receive, I will put up a few basic rules as a guideline. Also, the achievements are up for view right now! Some contain details on how you can achieve it, some will forever remain as a secret, until someone actually completes it. Some achievements, however, are exclusively rare ones which may only be obtained once by that player. Once you get it, it will remain locked and no one else is able to get that achievement!

What is all this about?
Basically, this is a fan fiction of the Spiral Knights universe in Cradle, but the readers have the option to twist, manipulate and direct the storyline after each chapter. There will be up to multiple paths provided for your choosing, and you get to vote on any path you wish to take. The choice with the highest vote will be the next course of the story. Additionally, you will receive points for each vote cast. There are also bonus rounds in place of usual chapters, where you get to exploit a great advantage, or fall hard for failing.

Every player who takes part in a story can earn points for themselves. The more you contribute, the more points you earn!
Simply cast a vote, and you earn one point per vote! Bonus rounds can give you a chance to earn 2 points!
Whenever a story is finished, all players can redeem their points for prizes! (See below)
Points earned by players are non-transferrable.
