Amongst trees and branches in the gloaming woods,
where shadows have eyes and there are frequent howls.
The odd sound of cogs and stench of smoke,
lingers from my battered corpse...
Through grass and thorns I've dragged myself until I broke,
now here is where I cease to move.
The end of a journey too short to live,
my body is throbbing by the power within.
A memory emerge while I stare at the sky,
of a Knight with a gentle smile.
By the touch of her hand I came to be,
to protect and serve upon the field.
Through the forest I cut her a way,
beasts fell for my mighty blade.
With my shield I defended her from vicious blows,
and furiously retaliate for every wound.
Until we reached a certain point,
from where I could not go on...
Now I lie forgotten on a bed of grass,
with the spark of my life fading away.
A chirp is heard by my side,
as a curious creature draws near.
Its beady eyes comforts my stirred mind,
understanding and wishing to help it stays by my side.
And silently I cease to be...
A friend you are, a friend indeed,
A guildie you are, a guildie indeed,
A gamemaster you are, a gamemster indeed,
A monster you are, a monster indeed,
A npc you are, a npc indeed,
Part of the game you are, part of the game indeed,
Part of Cradle you are, part of Cradle indeed,
